Very traditional Japanese onsen hotel with high quality onsen water from golden soup. Spacious room with private onsen, nice view and privacy. Very delicious meals. Helpful and heartwarming staff. Recommended for couples and families.

This hot spring hotel is perfect, their service is excellent. My family and I have a really good experience in here and we all enjoy the special hot spring provided, though there is one thing to remind all of you, bring your towels from your room before going to onsen coz no towels will be provided in the onsen

Everything was amazing. Great dinner kaiseki was delicious. And breakfast also. Stuff was very friendly, speak english, always helped. Good location, if you go outside the ryokan you'll find a beautiful path through nature, and little local streets. I recommend you not to take transfer, but to go by yourself from the station enjoying views. Comfortable onsen with instructions for foreigners. For me it was memorable experience. I want ro visit this place again ☺️

Didn't realized it will be on top of a hill. We got delayed on our train from Kansai, hence arrived a bit late to Arima, tried to call for shuttle but was unsuccessful hence we run up the hill which we thought was just a small distance, but it was much, we've finally arrived to the hotel at 7:30pm a bit earlier than their published latest check in time of 8:00pm. We were told dinner won't be serve after 7pm, we rushed all the way for nothing. They should have also published that on the website to avoid people like us planning a trip to Arima to experience aside from the onsen but also for the traditional Japanese meals. Anyway, after negotiation they did served us the dinner and it was tasty and sumptuous. Aside from the small issue about the dinner, this place is clean & quiet, staffs were very nice and attentive, the onsen are relaxing and we got a very good night sleep. Will still recommend this hotel, but remember to tell them about your arrival time and book the shuttle bus.

Great value for money! We were very impressed with the amenities available in the room, as well as the service. Really enjoyed the dinner in the room and breakfast!

乘坐一個小時高速大巴從大阪站來到有馬，打電話給酒店前台一會兒就有車來接了。酒店在半山上，每個工作人員都很熱情，晚上一個小姐姐在我們房間準備晚餐時，我和她説陽台的地板有點震動有點吵，不知道什麼原因，小姐姐馬上報告了相關同事，另一個技術人員來了兩次查看情況，確認噪音消失不影響後還給我們一直道歉。酒店的露天金湯池可以包場，45分鐘兩個人4400日幣，本來擔心45分鐘會不會時間不夠，事情證明根本堅持不了45分鐘就結束出來了。金湯泡完好睏好睏好睏，吃完晚飯沒多久眼皮都抬不起來，10點不到已經困的不行睡了。晚餐看似一個個碟子很小，吃完肚子都快炸了，雖然才三片神户牛肉，但感覺比我在神户市內吃的人均3萬日幣的神户牛專門店都好吃，第二天早上的早餐也很精緻美味，唯一稍有欠缺的的可能就是稍微早了點，最晚一場早上8點半。這家酒店雖然名氣不如周邊其他幾家酒店，但卻是我此次旅行中最滿意的一站，非常滿意。

很推薦，酒店有接站服務，地理位置稍微有一點偏但是絕對值得！非常傳統的一泊二食和日式温泉，絕對物超所值！

一家傳統的日式温泉酒店，有金湯和銀湯。 金湯個人感覺真的對皮膚很好。 酒店服務周到，可以在房間用晚餐，酒店會提前確定飲食 有無過敏等。 所在位置也不錯，可以到酒店周邊逛逛，小街裏賣的饅頭和牛肉餅都好吃。酒店有專車接送，下次還會來泡金湯！

酒店位置在半山腰，但是步行至温泉主街也不遠，也可使用酒店的巴士接送。早晚餐提供不同的供應時段，可以按自家的生活習慣選擇就餐時間，非常貼心。房間自帶的私湯池夠大，陽台按摩椅很舒服。晚餐很贊，我們住兩晚，第一晚酒店安排了懷石料理，第二晚酒店提供和牛壽喜燒/和牛涮鍋/魚涮鍋三選一，如果仍然選擇懷石料理，酒店會安排與第一天不同的菜品，很用心。食材很好，新鮮美味且分量十足，兩天都吃到扶牆而出。總之，一次很滿意的休閑體驗。

一家人聖誕旅行，家人們表示相當滿意， 溫泉戶外池有三個，有金湯好舒服，房間不算太大 但空間足夠 晚餐在房內吃  相當驚喜 份量超足夠 早餐亦相當豐富 員工非常友善 抱歉因為塞車問題 我們晚了check-in 多謝你們的體諒🙏🏻
