Smoke detector was disconnected and taken away, and all ceiling light fixtures were missing and taken away. Wall lamps had bulbs that were not working. Only 1 side lamp was working with a good bulb. At 6 AM a diesel flat bed truck parked right outside our window turned the engine on for over half an hour, diesel fumes leaked into the room despite the window being closed making the whole room smell like diesel. Terrible way to wake up after a long day of driving.

We went to the Grand Canyon and we stay one night before our trip. It’s very close from the train station and we had a good hot breakfast at the hotel.

This hotel was a cool chill place. I just wanted a place to sleep and shower that's it nothing fancy. Was there for one night since we just visited the grand canyon and the small town of Wilson.

Location of hotel was great it’s located in between Bearizona and canyon coaster both 4 minutes away. Hotel offered free breakfast but only from 7-9 but on website says 7-10 a little too early for someone who is going on vacation and it’s the only time we can sleep in, breakfast was simple cold or hot cereal and coffee, everything else either the pancake machine didn’t work or it didn’t look too tasty. The cleaniness of the hotel was ok, found some dirty spots in the bathroom and tub. Rooms aren’t sound proof so I can hear the whole conversation of my neighbors on one side and their kids crying all night long. I usually let it go and never leave reviews when something is wrong but for this trip we only stayed one night and it wasn’t very pleasant with noisy neighbors and a not so clean room.

No attention to detail. The arm on the chair was broken and hanging, the Privacy lock did not work, the Tags on the comforter were on the top next to your face, the lights did not work, nor did the TV work properly. The front desk person did not normally work there so did not know anything about the hotel but he was kind and tried to be helpful so that was a plus.
