The staff were very friendly and helpful. The front doors, however, can be handicap friendly. And, carpets in the pet friendly rooms can be steamed more often. I did enjoy my stay and I will re-book my stays there.

Very friendly staff. Good off street parking. Excellent location for food and shopping. Comfortable but dated room. Hotel needs an update overall.

Hotel staff were easy to deal with and they were friendly, room was clean but should have been cleaned better. We found someone sock in the room and still hair in the sink and tub, the smell in the hotel was like a old musky smell which wasn’t good

Clean room and nice staff. There are homeless in the area so be aware. The restaurant was clean and food was fine.

Would be nice to be able to use the side doors with dogs instead of having to go through the lobby, and better areas for dogs to be walked.

Overpriced for the lack of quality of the hotel. Quality Inns usually have some sort of appeal - this was not acceptable,
