El personal en front desk es fatal nada de amabilidad y solo hablan inglés. La unica amable fue una chica de limpieza muy amable y servicial..

It was clean even the stairwells were clean and swept. Breakfast was great and the help kept the area stocked and clean.Room was comfortable clean an functional.

Easy access using back stairwell for anyone to enter. Room had an odor. Smell of **** throughout the hallway, stuffed towel at the base of the door.

A standard budget property, albeit slightly overpriced, in a pretty busy area. Staff were very cordial. But breakfast was limited. I did like that towels and linens were softer than at other similar hotels where I've found them stiff/scratchy previously.

Sam(front desk representative) was very friendly and assisted me with my questions. Also, he was smiling and greeting and asking me if I needed something else. I forgot my member # and he was able to assist me on that, too.

This is a simple hotel perfect for overnight. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. Walls are thin so it might get noisy. Generous breakfast, attentive staff.

Toilet was leaking and making a lot of noises. The sink was almost clogged. Smell smoky.... The staff was super friendly.

We enjoyed the convenience to nearby restaurants. The breakfast offerings were extensive and very good! So nice to have fresh fruit.
The bathrooms really need updating, especially the toilets. They are far too low. A grab bar either on the back of the door or on the wall would have been most helpful!
