The rooms are dirty, sheets are dirty too, and on the first day when all 5 rooms checked in, there are practically black water poring out from the taps, the showers and the bidets. We caught few cockroach nymphs in few of the rooms. There are not much around the hotel but that’s predictable as it’s near to airport. Lady at reception quoted me 250,000 rp for hotel transfer for all 11 of us. On the day before, another guy then told me it should be 500,000 rp. I felt a bit ripped off.

Respuesta del alojamiento: Regarding the problem of dirty rooms and cockroaches, we have followed up with the relevant team and also the pest control vendor to ensure that this does not happen. There was water problems at that time, there was maintenance on our pump system so the water quality was not good, but we immediately resolved this right away. Meanwhile, the car rental that we offer at a price of 250,000 is for delivery to the airport using by Avanza car, with a total of 11 guests we recommend using a Hiace or Minubus at a rate of 500,000. We apologize if there was a misunderstanding regarding the delivery from our staff which resulted in your inconvenience. and we hope you will stay at our hotel again on your next visit.

If you wanna stay near airport at the same time near bus station and not in the central city, this hotel is a good choice
