英國老闆熱情洋溢，飯店職員為華人非常溫柔善良，只要我們有任何需求，無不優先處理，不管事接送雪具還是車站接送，跑了這麼多次輕井澤是唯一讓我感受到溫暖與溫馨的飯店，也許它不是最豪華的，但絕對是我唯一首選！

住宿環境品質，房東夫婦很熱情，早餐也不錯，除了地點離車站較遠以外，要把行李拖到飯店時間有點遠，走路也要10分鐘，沒有車子接送相當不方便，這個部分如果能夠改善更好

Respuesta del alojamiento: We usually offer pick ups from Naka-Karuizawa Station, call 0267 46 1670. We are a 7 minute walk from Naka-Karuizawa Station and 7 minutes by car from JR (depending on traffic conditions)

もしイギリスに実家があったら、実家に帰った感覚になるようなホテル。お庭も手入れがされており、ホテルのお部屋も広く、お風呂とトイレも別々で満足でした！また来させて頂きたいです！ありがとうございました！

酒店是一個外國人開的私人旅館，酒店位置相當偏僻，距離中輕井澤站步行需要15分鐘，冬天去路面有積雪拖着行李箱行走步履艱難，好不容易走到酒店，酒店沒有電梯，需自己扛着行李箱上二樓。所謂山景房望出去就是一片荒地，酒店設施也比較老舊，牆角全是積灰。最讓人無語的是因自己失誤訂的雙床房，因人數選錯成一個人額外收取了一間房的房費

Respuesta del alojamiento: 這個評論很搞笑。正常情況下，我們距離中輕井澤站步行7分鐘。如果有行李箱，就打車吧！距離淺間山的山景大約8公里。這是一座活火山，你不想去更近了！房間都是新裝修的，一塵不染。客人要知道，在日本是按人頭收費的，所以不要試圖欺騙小生意！

極有特色和情調的英式旅館，由英國人Chris打理。位置略有些難找，在居住區的小巷裡，有小花園，植被茂盛。周邊步行野趣十足，景緻自然美麗。旅館裝飾得頗似英國，愜意，有歲月感，自然，温馨。房間很有情調，窗子寬大，窗外景緻盎然。單獨sitting area非常舒適。酒店服務像家裡一樣，周到熱情並有求必應。雖不是承諾，衹要有時間，酒店會主動提出車站和附近景點的接送。還會推薦周邊好的餐館。酒店英式早餐很傳統豐盛。午晚餐和下午茶也極值得推薦。我們衹是順便提了提，Chris就專門為我們做了英國特色炸魚薯條，且相對傳統。酒店當晚的晚餐也十分出色，食材新鮮，很多是自己製作的。按品質和味道論。餐食非常超值。極好的體驗。

首先廁所貼着要把廁紙扔進馬桶而不是垃圾桶的提示，用了英文簡體中文繁體中文三種，但簡體中文部分明顯被放大，且每句都加個大歎號，英文和繁體則沒有，簡體中文這一塊相比較語氣強烈，針對性強，對這方面敏感的可以注意下 另外這是那種家庭式住宿，不是酒店，有一些隨意處，比如雖然寫有接送站服務，但我走那天老闆説他一早要去東京，我離店的時間沒辦法送站，最後我調早了離店時間搭了他去車站的便車 再比如房間須知註明建議晚上十點前回酒店，酒店要鎖門，我住的第二天出去玩還不到七點老闆就打電話問幾點回，他好鎖門，雖然不是強制的，但無形給到了壓力，如果住客接近十點還沒有回來再問會比較合理

Top notch service. Very well run bed n breakfast/ hotel run by Chris and his amazing team. Classy, clean and spacious room. Lovely sitting area to have meals. Suggest travellers to come in a car. Chris can arrange pick up and drop off at a nearby station if train is the only transport option. Will definitely come back to stay here again.

Wonderful hotel with a delightful owner and manager. Warm and cozy bar-restaurant with great full-course meals, a nice deck to soak in the sun, and walkable (20 min) to the terrace and forest reserve. Beautiful location in autumn.

This was the only English-run hotel we stayed at during our 4 week trip. Stayed for 2 nights. We're English, but even we thought it was eccentric - in a good way! Chris was really helpful beforehand, met us at the station, and then gave us loads of advice and info during our stay, took us places up in the hills so we could walk back, etc. etc. The basics: The rooms were comfortable, spotlessly clean, the food was excellent, interesting decor, great British music and chat ( with some AC/DC from the Aussie chef). Plus: Chef made home-made jaffa cakes which were the best you'll ever have. Turtle Doves on the bird table. All felt very relaxed and easy - just what we needed after our 8 hour shinkansen journey from Hokkaido. Thoroughly recommended
