The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, offering everything we needed for a luxurious stay. We chose to stay a night at Grand Hyatt Shenzhou Peninsula and initially hesitated due to Wanning’s light rain. However, the warm hospitality of the hotel butler and real-time weather updates convinced us. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided seamless service, assisting with luggage and inviting us to the Grand Club while our room was prepared. There, we met the Manager Esther and the proactive stuff Chen Jingjing, whose thoughtful service led us to upgrade our stay. Esther’s constant care—reminding us of temperature changes and safety tips—along with Jingjing’s attentive service, made us feel truly valued. Beyond the hotel’s comfort, Esther also shared excellent travel tips, making our stay even more enjoyable. Their warm service left such an impression that we decided to extend for another night—because of Esther! What started with hesitation due to the rain turned into a memorable experience, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.
