From the moment I discovered it on Google Maps while scanning Viterbo for hotels, I knew that The Pinball Luxury Suites was the perfect hotel for me. The design and concept called to me like a siren song. I booked two nights initially, but ended up staying three. Simone and his staff are absolutely phenomenal. Before we even arrived, I made what I thought was an impossible request. I had been searching every town in Italy for a bar of Irish Spring soap to no avail. Shortly after messaging my ridiculous request, I was sent a photo of a 3-pack of Irish Spring waiting for me in my room. Impossible! We opted for a luxury in-room dining experience which I arranged in advance as a surprise for my family. I had no idea who the chef would be or what would be on the menu, but I sent detailed specifications on our particular likes and dislikes (no walnuts for me, ick). Simone was our sommelier in a brilliant prosecco tasting while superstar chef Cristiano Sabatini aka "The Bike Chef" wowed and amazed us with the most incredible and surprising dishes. All of this was enjoyed in the privacy of our immaculate, sound-proof suite. Simone even brought me a jamming Marley boom box and allowed me to relive my DJ glory days for the entire night. The magic of the evening was unforgettable, even in a two-month-long trip filled with special, emotional moments. When my adult daughter was overwhelmed from the heat and wanted to stay in the room, the Pinball staff took excellent care of her so that the rest of us could keep our scheduled private tour of the cathedral in Spoleto. I have enjoyed exceptional service at many hotels, but this felt more like staying with family or close friends. I don't know that I have ever felt more welcome or at home in any hotel ever. Oh, and then there was the pinball. OMG the pinball! This place is pure magic.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte perchè eravamo di passaggio a Viterbo. Ottima posizione, arredi bellissimi, pulizia impeccabile, proprietario gentilissimo. Molto utili i suoi consigli su cosa fare e vedere nella bellissima Viterbo. Prezzo in linea con l'eccellente qualità della struttura.
