El hotel está situado en el casco antiguo de Visby, con un rico desayuno y vale la pena una estancia. Usted mismo debe traer los cepillos de dientes y las pantuflas.

Broken climate control waking you up every other hour. Extremely poor soundproofing meaning you can hear other guests several rooms away. Room had a weird musty smell.

We had a room in the neu part, 1st floor, seaside. The bed was a dream to sleep in. We really liked the interior too, like having a sheapfur und the bed and the big size foto on the wall. This hotel is not only a hotel to sleep in, its a beautyful old house. Very Visby so to say.

The hotel needs upgrading and our room was very tired and a few repairs could have been done earlier. Otherwise the view from our room (318) was over the harbour and the staff were on the ball and great! Breakfast was a good buffet style.

Service was great and staff friendly. Room was spacious and functional but cleanliness was lacking somewhat. The drain in the shower was partially clogged since you ended up standing in a puddle after a while. I suspect there is a filter in the drain that needed changing. Not too fresh to be standing in a puddle of water such a filter is being soaked…
Worst of all was the cleanliness of the hotel in general. There was trash and dirt all over the corridors and stair cases. In a dining room which we had to walk through in order to get to our room, there was a smashed glass on the floor which nobody attended to during the whole of our stay. Carpets in the corridors where visibly dirty with large stains here and there. Apparently they are understaffed on the cleaning side.
Visited many Clarion hotels and must say that this one was a clear low due to the lack of cleanliness.
