Housekeeping is a very reliable service, and every cleaner that Miss Kumari & Kanaka have sent us has been exceptional. When we have had a few problems, their prompt, amiable customer service has come to our aid. Furthermore, our everyday room service is AMAZING & VERY CLEAN. She always leaves my room spotless and with a meticulous and careful touch.

We were charged over £150 (15000 IR) a night for a four night stay which we were happy to pay in order for a “luxury 5 star hotel” experience. However we were sadly disapointed. The room was shabby and in much need of an overhaul. It was more like a hostel than a luxury hotel. One morning we were greeted with a 3 inch half dead cockroach in the bathroom. Not what you expect in a luxury hotel! The pool and surrounds were no better. The sun beds were grimy, the decking was falling apart and the pool had black mould just above the water line. We complained and were told that the ***ager would meet us in our room at an agreed time. He never turned up. It was just all so disapointing - we paid top dollar and got hostel standard.

Stayed here while watching the cricket. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed. Some building improvements were underway but that didn’t spoil my experience. The hotel could do with a bit of modernisation ( which was underway) as some aspects were looking a bit tired. A good place to stay.

This is a old hotel with minimal renovations done to the rooms , the breakfast is served in a banquet hall which gives you a glimpse of a middle class marriage hall of 90s. Bathroom fittings are barely functional and aging is visible on most of them. The lift from reception to the room takes you back by atleast 40 years or so. I use to rely on trip advisor reviews but I think the reviews for this hotel are rigged and paid ones. I still have a second night to stay here ( already paid fully thru cleartrip) .They are under staffed and every service takes ages . Room dining experience was mediocre, breakfast was below par . I won't recommend this hotel to anyone .

The park Visakhapatnam. A splendid star in the sky of vizag. Wherever you see you will find The great hospitality here. This property will never stop to amaze you with their top notch flawless service and attention to detail and this is above the class. We had a great and pleasant experience by all staff at park Visakhapatnam and Special Thanks to vipin Kumar who is restaurant ***ager at the shack He made our day very special by giving superb service. It was cherry on top when we see the room as it was exactly opposite to Beach and beautiful Bay of Bengal was seen. This moment has gave us tremendous happiness and needless to say Our stay was just memorable

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city and Bay of Bengal. A very nive view from the rooms. The location is added value for the money. Excellent staff. Especially Ms Lalitha and team are ready to help. Thanks to Ms Hema and Ms Chitra they are provided a warm welcoming to all my team.

The Park Visakhapatnam proximity to all shopping malls, airport, and Beach. Reception staff are Friendly. Especially Sai and Chitra helpful in providing our requests. Room services was prompt. Food is also very good. House keeping people are good.
