Sejours & Affaires Paris Vincennes

Really great location only a short train ride to paris and the train is right around the corner. Quiet and clean area with walkable shops and restaurants. Nice and friendly staff.

We had a good stay at Sejours. The host, Amina, at the front desk was so very kind and helpful. The room was smaller than expected but was clean and had a small kitchenette. They provided a baby bed as requested. I was given 2 sheets but no blanket. we were a10 minute walk to the train station which was very nice. There is a bakery very close nearby and a grocery store about 10 minutes away. Most restaurants were a 10-20 minute walk. We were there for 9 days and I was surprised to find out that they only clean 1 time per week. You are responsible for taking your trash out and for supplying your own trash bags. They were gracious to give me one. There are laundry facilities on site and convenient to use. I would recommend staying here if you are working in the area but would not if you’re planning on spending much time in Paris as it is 40-50 minutes into the city center.

Very comfy beds, clean and tidy hotel in a quiet part of Fontenay sous Bous close to the RER. Would recommend. Amina was very helpful on email as we were arriving when reception was closed.

Stayed here for 4 nights on business in late April. Booked through *********** as my usual hotels in central Vincennes were full. The property is a little distance outside Vincennes - walking quickly took 25 mins from the RER A and about 12 minutes from the RER at Fontenay Sous Bois. That said, the local area is nice - a few shops, a Carrefour Express and more importantly bus stops. 15 mins from Val de Fontenay RER A, 10 mins from Vincennes RER. The room was ok, small kitchen area with a fridge, sink, microwave and electric hob. The bathroom was ok, but no plug in the sink - towels were a little thin too. There is no room service - unless you pay extra. There’s no air con so I had to sleep with the windows open and the noise from the trains was a problem up until midnight and again from the small hours. Get a room at the back of the building if possible. Breakfast is available from 0730 but I always left before. Reception closes at 1800 so you need to check in before that. I’d stay again if my usual places weren’t available.

We didn't get a chance to stay here. We booked this apartment through *********** and they rejected both our payment cards which were our debit cards not credit cards. I have asked twice why they were declined and they refused to help out then proceeded to cancelling the accommodation. We booked without any issues another apartment ins St Marde for the same price with the discount and much nicer. Let down by the customer service.

We requested a room with two beds before we checked in, but when we got to the room that was not the case. We went back to the front desk and requested this again and were given another room with one bed. Maybe with her limited English she did not understand the request. I had to practically beg for an extra towel and an extra roll of toilet paper. We were told because they are also a residence, they only provided two towels and two rolls of toilet paper. On the first morning, the breakfast area was not open on time. The breakfast selection was limited and the personnel in charge of it were not friendly. Again, that may have been a lack of knowing English and our lack of knowing French. The best thing about this hotel was the location near the train station, shopping and dining.

affordable, with a good ambiance. Rooms are clean and big enough to feel comfortable. There is no 24/7 reception. The breakfast variety is not so big. Also, there was no toilet paper in my room. It's hard to reach them by mail, but nice in person. The area around the hotel is not so frequent but it's not so far from the city centre of Fontenay sous bois.

The hotel is in good location and very clean the only issue is the lake of AC or fan it very hot in rooms

Trois nuits au calme à deux pas du métro et du bois de Vincennes. Spacieux, propre, personnel sympathique et petit prix ! Dommage que l'on ne puisse prendre possession de la chambre avant 15 heures. Mais la personne de l'accueil a fait de son mieux et je n'ai pas eu à attendre aussi longtemps. J'y retournerai.
