酒店坐落在日內瓦湖畔，距離火車站步行約10分鐘，火車站出來乘坐公交車4站可到，非常方便。酒店法式優雅，裏面放置了很多古董花瓶畫作。

這次入住Grand Hotel Du Lac Vevey非常失望。首先是硬件設施太老化。大湖景房的地板居然凹凸不平，踩上去搖搖晃晃。浴缸下水不暢。早餐服務水準太差。我們訂的是帶早餐的，居然被服務生很不禮貌的兩次確認。我們開車過來的，酒店室外每晚停車費40瑞郎。離店的時候提醒他們修理地板。居然很不在意的樣子。價格是絕對的瑞士五星價格，服務實在太糟糕。真不知道某紅書上為啥給好評。總之不會再來，也不會推薦給朋友。

Grand Hôtel Du Lac is really nice. The hotel is amazing. The place is beautiful and charming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The team is friendly, courteous and professional. Very welcoming. The amenities are fantastic. Great place to stay.

I had an amazing stay at the Grand Hotel Du Lac. It’s in a wonderful location right next to the lake. The staff were great! The room itself was gorgeous and comfortable. Lastly, dinner was super delicious. I highly recommend staying here. It was well worth coming to Vevey, and especially this hotel.

A place that takes your breath away! The pictures do not do it justice. The surrounding city is such a neat place. Very beautiful and the people are so friendly. I look forward to the next time I’m able to travel back here. Hopefully for a longer stay.

I loved the place, it’s our second time here but we had to leave our dog all the time in our room because it wasn’t allowed to take her with us nowhere. It is a small dog and as it is a pet friendly hotel I supposed there weren’t going to be issues about this.

We found the service greatly lacking for a 5-star hotel. We had to call multiple times to have our room cleaned, and when it was cleaned, it was only partially done without removing dirty dishes or replenishing bathroom supplies. We also had to call multiple times to have the TV repaired, and it wasn’t done until our second night. I have allergies and developed hives and a rash on the second morning at breakfast. When I asked the wait staff about ingredients in the non-dairy milk and smoothie, he was very condescending and not helpful. I contacted management and they offered to make a “nice gesture” if we choose to return for another visit. This is very unfortunate, given we visited from the U.S. and obviously don’t have another trip to Vevey planned in the future. There are many other beautiful properties nearby that I’d recommend if service is a priority.
