hotel con una hubicacion fantastica, la habitacion es pequeña pero sumamente comoda, con un balcon desde donde se puede ver la Arena, a pesar de que se puede escuchar el espectaculo (en nuestro caso la Opera) al cerrar la puerta no se siente ningun tipo de ruido. El desayuno es muy completo y variado! Por ultimo y no menos importante el staff es muy amable y profesional. apena puedo regreso

Cannot say enough about the Oriana Homel! Perfect location, gorgeous rooms, clean, and so accommodating! We traveled with our three teenage boys and had two rooms. They were so sweet and put us in two rooms that connected in a hallway with its own private locking door, so it was like one giant apartment. The rooms are spacious, the decor is modern and gorgeous. The Dyson blowdryer was a fav of mine, and my husband loved the Lavattza coffee maker. The location is perfect; only 1 block from the piazza bra. The staff was so friendly and kind. 5 stars, this is the only place I will stay when I return to Verona!

My wife, daughter and I stayed at Relais Empire for two-nights while on a road trip across northern Italy. This small hotel is arranged over the first and second floors (there is a lift) of a old town building adjacent the main street to, and just a short walk from, Piazza Brà (and the colosseum). The building facade is currently being restored which did not affect our stay, but currently makes accessing the hotel entrance a challenge with the intercom to 'buzz' reception on the first floor to open the entrance door and with the intercom obscured by scaffolding/boarding. This issue aside, we experienced no noise or disturbance from the building work at all. The hotel's interior decor is lovely (very Italianate), the rooms/bathrooms are a generous size and very clean, the beds are comfortable, and despite our rooms facing onto a main road close to the touristic centre, the hotel was exceptionally quiet at all times. Breakfast was superb with a generous mix of hot/cold breakfasty food and beverages, and the small team of staff at the hotel were attentive and very helpful throughout our stay. A note of caution if you are travelling by car; parking is a short walk from the hotel in a compound with individual private and locked underground garages, and consequently very safe. The cautionary is note is because on arrival, you will need to temporarily leave your car parked on the street (or as I had to because there were no on-street parking spaces near the hotel at the time we arrived, on the pavement) and check-in with reception before transferring your bags into the hotel and then being shown to the garages (the receptionist will jump in your car with you to guide the way and show you how to access the garages). However, on departing the hotel, I was able to park on the street right outside the hotel to transfer our bags back to the car which was much less of a faff. If you are arriving on foot or by taxi, you can ignore this cautionary note! Should you stay here, we recommend dining at a nearby restaurant recommended by the hotel's receptionist, 'Osteria Casa Vino' (also reviewed) - it was outstanding. We dined their twice during our two night stay. In summary; a small and slightly quirky hotel, attractive once inside, clean and quite, with nice rooms/bathrooms, excellent breakfast, great staff and close to the centre of the attractions.

Nos alojamos en este Hotel porque asistimos al concierto de Nick Cave en el Verona Arena y por lo tanto nos pareció conveniente por la ubicación, que en mi opinión es uno de sus pocos aspectos positivos. Permítanme comenzar diciendo que cuando llegamos y tocamos el timbre, el dueño llegó muy molesto por nuestra presencia. Vimos la habitación, bastante acogedora, pero el baño era un desastre: el inodoro de vez en cuando hacía ruidos extraños, la mampara de la ducha estaba rota y la pared parecía de cartón. Finalmente en la mañana esperábamos el desayuno (incluido en la reserva) pero descubrimos que nunca llegaría. Debo decir que por 50 euros cada uno es mejor. No lo recomiendo.

Esta era la matrícula más dura que he dormido en. También, la tapa superior era muy fina como la cocina. La habitación era hermosa, pero la cama no era cómoda. Como digo, también tenía el mejor puntaje de dormir Fitbit en un largo tiempo. Normalmente prefiero una matrícula suave, cucharas y peso al confortante. No muy cómodo cama o cama. Los pluses a este hotel es muy cerca de la arena y zona turística que tienen aparcamiento. Es cerca de la autopista. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, a 10 minutos a pie de la Arena. El personal del escritorio del frente son super. Desayuno meh. Servicio de hotel medio típico. No hay restaurante. Bar limitado. No visitó el spa.

Nos quedamos aquí 2 noches como familia de 4 (niños de 6 y 9 años). Tenemos un apartamento en el edificio junto al hotel principal, que se divide en dos por algunos guardarropas - una cama «master» en un lado y un sofá doble en el otro lado donde también hay una pequeña mesa y cocina con cocina y microondas. El baño está a un alto nivel con baño/douche jacuzzi (aunque esto es un poco viejo y atractivo para trabajar). No lo sabía en el momento de la reserva, pero si quieres usar la cocina y la cocina, necesitas pagar más por el servicio de limpieza. En el hotel, el hotel tiene una gran capacidad de aire acondicionado, y el hotel tiene una capacidad de aire acondicionado y una capacidad de aire acondicionado. La ubicación es muy buena - es un paseo corto de la estación de Verona (manejo de equipaje de ruedas) y de aproximadamente 30 € de taxi al aeropuerto.

La verdad que por el precio y demás todo súper bien. Si te gusta andar un rato la ubicación es muy buena; cerca de la estación de tren donde puedes acceder al hotel desde esta caminando y luego después recomiendo ir caminando hacia el centro en unos 25 minutos andando tomando fotos y explorando Verona. El hotel en general todo super bien tiene de todo lo necesario como mínimo. Lo bueno; la habitación del hotel bastante bien de espacio, televisión, ducha grande, zapatillas, gel, champú, minibar, … Muy bien decorado, elegante y limpio. Lo malo; solo hay dos puntos que no me gustó mucho y fue la calidad del wifi, no sé el motivo era un poco malo (no jugar juegos de moba de móvil por ejemplo) y luego los 3 zumos de máquina del desayuno me pareció malos. Tenía sabor a medicamento o similar. Pero eso sí; por el precio que se paga buen desayuno, variedad muy aceptable y todo muy elegante.

El hotel está situado cerca de la autopista y también muy cerca del centro comercial. Las habitaciones son limpias, las camas y las galletas son muy acogedoras. El desayuno es bueno. Hay una botella de agua y café en la habitación. Todo en todo- probablemente volveremos a venir

The location of West Point Hotel is quite strategic with Decathlon and Iper Familia across the street. The bus station is around 200 meter away. Actually it is much nearer if the side gate is opened. We took bus from Verona Porta Nuova to Dossobuono and dropped in front of Decathlon, walked a little bit and we reached the hotel. The breakfast was abundant and had many varieties. The room was clean and tidy, enough for single traveler like me.

A nice clean little hotel on the outskirts of Verona, not too far from the airport. I used it whilst on business. Everyone was friendly and polite. Rooms are a good size and come with all the basic necessities to enjoy a comfortable night, including good shower and plenty of bed space. I did not eat here at night but had the breakfast which is the one weak spot I found. The quality is not good compared to the rest of the hotel. I mean this in the nicest possible way as breakfast service was good but brioche, fruit juice etc not good. using the online pre-book breakfast service is also not particularly recommended. All said and done i was happy here and would certainly stay again.
