The hotel is under rated. It is a 3star hotel with facilities and design like a 4 star hotel. We booked 7 rooms and had 10 cars with us we were wondering hotel does not have a parking but the staff told us that the hotel have a valet parking when we went there we found huge parking & secure space land where a lot of car can be parked its just a 2 mins drive hardly. Food:- Chef Manish made our day right from the breakfast lunch and dinner it was superb with not so hotel hyped up rates.. the rates were genuine and taste was superb Soft Drinks:- This hotel does not have a lot of soft drinks options except for cold drinks juices and sodas Rooms:- we booked mix category rooms and all the rooms were cozy and used natural colors interior we felt very relaxed. Price- we booked the rooms from MAKEMYTRIP out of 7 rooms 4 we booked from MMT and rest we booked directly through them in which we got cheaper rates i suggest you to do the same. Staffs:- Hotel is new staff experience was mixed experience. Amenties- Top notched General Manager- This *** is very kind and highly professional. For our every queries he had the best advises from Banarasi saree to local sightseeings all he managed very well.

Un viaje solo a la India, un viaje en tren nocturno. Llegue directamente a Varanasi por la mañana. Muy fácil de encontrar, solo en el callejón de la intersección. El pequeño patio tiene un buen ambiente y las habitaciones están limpias, lo que contrasta enormemente con el mundo exterior. Come más acorde con los gustos extranjeros. El más agradecido es el joven de la recepción, Sunil, que es muy serio y cuidadoso. No hablo bien inglés, ¡así que descargó él mismo el diálogo de traducción chino-inglés! Tantas cosas me han ayudado. Y fui a Luyeyuan, ¡él me ayudó a enviar un auto Tutu que le costó a la gente local pasar! Muchas gracias. Todos los demás son muy amables y todos pueden estar tranquilos.

UUsuario invitadoEstuve tres noches en el hotel. Rajesh y el stuff estuvieron muy atentos y reservaron taxi desde la estación de tren a mi llegada y transfer al aeropuerto cuando me marché. Tienen servicio de lavandería, las habitaciones están impecables y el restaurante es muy bueno (comida india variada y ofrecen servicio de llevar el menú a la habitación). La ducha tiene fuerza y regulación de temperatura. Excelente hotel!

The hotel has a good location with multiple choices of public travel (Uber, Ola, local autos and e-rickshaws) to reach the temples, ghats and local shopping areas. The hotel has an elegant aura that makes you feel immediately welcomed with neat and spacious rooms. The staff are very efficient and polite and forthcoming to share local details when asked. Amongst the best things that will take me back again to the hotel on my next visit are the hotel's respect for guest's privacy and the excellent food at their restaurant.

Will highly recommend this hotel because of location, near to temple which is 5 min walk. One can see the main market place from the balcony which is just outside the hotel once you will step out. Cost is also reasonable compared to location. Only suggestion will be if there will be restaurant facility for bengali dishes it will be really nice.
