El hotel es elegante pero está muy lejos de todo. El hotel dispone de taxi pero los precios son más del doble. Si no es por el hotel, los taxistas intentarán sacarle el máximo partido. Según la ubicación, no lo recomendaría a menos que tengas un auto propio.

Reservé para la vista al jardín pero tenía vista a la ciudad. Estaba bien, pero estaba lejos del centro de la ciudad y la comida del restaurante no era tan deliciosa. Así que no lo recomendaría a menos que quieras quedarte tranquilo en la habitación y disfrutar de la bonita piscina.

While the location is pretty far from central Varanasi, that can also be a plus. Varanasi can be overwhelming and retreating to the garden settings of this hotel is refreshing. The breakfast and dinners were wonderful.  The staff were very helpful.  Special thanks to Sumana for Ashutosh for helping with our train tickets. The pool and fitness center are also great.

In city of Varanasi, one can feel overwhelmed with lots of crowd, and I personally enjoy stays that offer peaceful stay. We enjoyed staying in ramada hotel, beds are super comfortable and we also enjoyed Navratri thali. The staff is very friendly, Ravinder tawari, the manager also assisted us to book a cab to ayodhaya and our vande Bharat ticket didn’t get confirm. I would give 5/5 for hospitality and stay behaviour. 4/5 for food Thanks

This is an excellent property with good connection to all Benaras’s major landmarks, and Ghats, the fact that property is situated close to the highway acts as an easy get in getaway from the city. We stayed in this property during Kumbh Mela 2025, for 4 nights It’s well maintained, spacious, and has great facilities as well. Probably one of the best hotels in Varanasi. It was easy to commute between Tribeni Sangam, Prayagraj from this hotel, due its close proximity to the highway, Highly recommended

We stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Katesar for two nights while visiting Varanasi, which is a few kilometers away. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well staffed. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous and tasty. Our package included breakfast but we also found the dinner menu delicious and reasonably priced. If you have a car and driver this is an excellent alternative to downtown Varanasi. We would be happy to stay here again.

I visited Varanasi and stayed at Ramada Katesar in the last weekend of December 2024 with my sister. Staff is cordial. Rooms are very well maintained. Breakfast option is great. Additionally, it also offers Cab service for Airport Transfer. We had also taken cab rental for Kaal Bhairav Temple visit and Gadolia chowk, however cabs cannot go very close to these places and it will be in near by parking area. Be prepared for lot of walking or can take local rickshaw or e-rickshaw which might be heavily priced (if not great at negotiation). Ramada Cabs (sedan etc) are great for long travel in city but not recommended if you plans to visit places close to ghats. Folks at reception were exceptional at hospitality and also offered to pack breakfast (fruits etc) early morning before leaving for assi ghat Aarti. During checkout Sumana at Reception was great and quickly settled bills. Mr.Khan from Velocity Roadways for cab was responsive and he was on call even when we had difficultly reaching assigned driver who had parked vehicle at basement where there was no or weak signal . Hope to visit again in Ramada Katesar.

Stayed here for two days, it’s a very beautiful 5star property, I was impressed by the architecture and interiors of the hotel, hosts go out of the way to take care of guest, the italian marbles are mirror finishes which looks stunning, and designed superbly, wood works done in interiors are artisans handcrafted crafted kind, looks like owners have build the hotel by heart, so much spacious rooms with all modern amenities, same is with the food, very very tasty banarsi and Indian cuisine, no wonder it’s so highly rated, thankyou so much

I had the pleasure of interacting with Arpit during my recent stay, and I must say, he truly elevated the entire experience. As the Front Office Manager, Arpit demonstrated exceptional professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. From the moment I arrived, he ensured a smooth check-in process, patiently answered all my questions, and provided helpful recommendations for local attractions. What stood out the most was his attention to detail and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. He remembered small preferences, followed up on special requests promptly, and always greeted guests with a smile, no matter how busy the lobby was. Arpit’s leadership and hospitality set a high standard for the entire front office team. The location of the hotel is very very nice and staff is also very good and very polite and very kind and very helpful and rooms are also very good washrooms are very neat and clean room services also good and the most important I want to mention that one of your staff is that name is name of the person has Mr Arpit Arora he is very very nice is very very good he is very very decent also in your all staff Arpit Arora is best in everything time management is also very good the way he is talking and he is very well mannered well maintained in everything

Hotel is in the process or modernizing their rooms and we were quite surprised with the new rooms as they are pretty spacious and very modern. We were first worried when we looked at the website and their rooms but were positively surprised and liked our room very much, see pictures. The only downside of the room was the AC that kind of didn`t really worked and the light in the hallway of the room which you couldn`t switch off separately. They also offer a free wash service for 2 pieces which we loved and took advantage of. The pool is quite nice, too and the stuff around the pool very friendly. Food is very Indian-like. While it was quite nice for dinner (kudos to Ruhan), it was bit in need of getting used to it for breakfast, though. There are not many European tourists around which we believe is quite unfortunate as it is definitely worth visiting Varanasi even though there is not much to see except for the rituals at the Ganges. So is the location of the hotel - there is nothing much around there. We stayed there 2 nights but can recommend only 1 night if you do a proper planning with your tour guide. Staff is actually quite friendly - actually because they`re English is not that good and it was quite difficult to get a proper answer sometimes. However, overall a quite good hotel. Would rate it 3.5.
