Vang Vieng Freedom Star's Hotel

처음에 호텔 찾아서 체크인 하려는데 예약이 취소 되었다며 컴퓨터를 확인시켜 주면서 1박당 20달러에 다른 숙소를 소개시켜 준다며 다른 숙소의 직원을 불러 주었다 저는 트립닷컴에 항의 한다며 핸드폰으로 고객센터를 검색하고 있는데 방이 있다고 말을 바꾸면서 호텔에 없다던 방이 갑자기 생겨서 2박을 투숙하였습니다 제가 만약 순진하게 1박당 20달러의 숙소에 투숙한후 트립닷컴에 항의를 하였다면 호텔의 뚱뚱하고 앞머리 없는 사장(추정)은 예약한 손님이 와서 호텔 둘러보고 시설이 안좋다 나가버렸다고 말한다면 저는 우선 호텔2박 비용과 다른호텔 비용인 40달러의 손실이 발생할수 있었다고 트립닷컴에서도 저와 곤란한 문제가 생길수도 있었다고 생각됩니다

Комната большая чистая. напор в душе маленький. вид из окна со 2 этажа плохой гор не видно( Завтраки посредственные по меню. Бассейн маленький, 5 Лежаков рядом. Моя Цена номера была 21$ сутки Чек аут с 9-12 было указано в 10:30 пришли сказали чек акт все.

Very disappointed. Firstly there was no elevator and our rooms were on the 3rd and 4th level. The doors of the rooms had gaps. There was minimal furnishing and power points. No bedside tables were provided. Toilet amenities were basic and inadequate. Breakfast was pathetic. The only serving grace were the staff. They were humble and friendly, including the owner, who also played the bell boy roll and was apologetic that we had to climb the stairs to our rooms.

Pleasant stay, very friendly staff and great breakfast. Room was clean and good location and nice swimming pool to cool off inmOnly issues water didn't come out of the shower that much I know they were trying to sort it and three of my white t shirts came back with stains on them which was disappointing. But overall a good stay thank you.

The staffs always kind and give me big help.

We had an excellent experience at the Vang Vieng Freedom Star Hotel. The Staff were superb and the location was great.

+ Absolutely great customer service + Staff is fluent in English and can arrange activities or train tickets + good breakfast you can choose from 10 options + Very clean and good looking + Very nice location + Quiet room + Warm water always in shower +Price about 20 dollars per night and totally worth it + Got a room with a better view when asked for - Pool area could have more plants and feel more private as its separated with a not so tall wall from a walking road - Coffee could be better Overall i would definitely stay here again and im very picky with hotels. We extended our stay 3 times 😊. Just book it!
