Es un lugar tan maravilloso que decidimos prolongar nuestra estancia. La única dificultad es moverse, ya que está lejos del centro de la ciudad, pero el resto es fantástico.

El Sanctuary Nam Ngum Beach Resort en Vientiane me dejó absolutamente impresionado con su ambiente sereno y su hospitalidad excepcional. Ubicado junto al tranquilo lago Nam Ngum, el complejo ofrece vistas impresionantes y una escapada pacífica del ajetreo y el bullicio. Las cabañas bien diseñadas se combinan a la perfección con la naturaleza, proporcionando un refugio cómodo y elegante. We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The peaceful atmosphere allowed us to truly recharge, and the views of the lake were simply stunning and calming. The restaurant in the evenings had a great selection of delicious dishes, the homemade ice cream is a must try! Breakfast needs to be replenished a little faster during busy times. Our room was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the fast laundry service—fantastic quality at a great price! We hired a scooter as the resort is out of the centre of Vang Vieng, the road to and from has many potholes so be careful!

A bit far from main city, isolated, good location next to lake.. very polite helpful staff, good services, clean room and beautiful pool . Great place to relax

Great place with friendly staff, especially at the reception. Clean rooms and nice view. Clean pool overlooking the River … They need to make a proper walkway because the main entrance area floods..I ruined my sneakers.

1.酒店很驚艷，風景好，設施在老撾算是很棒的 2.衞生間的毛巾被用過兩塊沒換，不過我旅行都是自帶毛巾所以無所謂 3.酒店餐飲酒水非常棒，價格便宜味道好，大家一定要試試酒店餐廳 4.帶孩子加床的價格特別合理，超出預期很多 5.酒店服務不錯，但是要英文溝通，建議帶好翻譯軟件，希望隨時有幫忙拿行李的員工，就算給小費也是願意的

摩旅途中偶然在谷歌地圖上看到南俄湖北岸的三家酒店，後來在攜程上訂了避世南俄這家酒店。 酒店前台很好，我是騎摩託車抵達的，到了以後立即接待，介紹酒店各種設施，而且幫我拿行李。但全程英文，如果不太能聽懂英語的話，還是有一些困難，可以試着用翻譯軟件。 酒店房間非常不錯，設施齊全，裝修很原生態，床也很舒服，有獨立陽台推開門就是湖，和我在馬爾代夫住的酒店風格非常像。下午的夕陽也非常美。 酒店餐廳的價格也很實惠，菜品基本都在2.5-4.5＄，普遍在3＄，還是非常實惠的。 酒店碼頭有皮划艇可以租用，價格是一小時5＄，我租了一個小時，在一望無際的湖上划船，是非常難得的體驗。同時還有摩託艇可以租，但我沒去體驗。 也可以聯繫附近村民，坐村民的漁船遊覽南俄湖，2個小時一條船100人民幣，非常值得。 ps 十分感謝酒店前台的jackky（也或許是jacky），在我退房的付皮划艇費用的時候，因為我發現自己的紙幣不夠了並且我也沒有帶信用卡，於是幫我免去了皮划艇5＄的費用，在這裏感謝他的理解，因為在中國真的很久不用現金和pos機付款了… 還有一點就是這裏亞洲遊客非常少，一個很小眾的地方，我當時應該是酒店裡唯一一個亞洲面孔的客人了。

Отель находится в прекрасном месте, номера хорошие, чисто, но было несколько НО: - воды горячей не было, пока не сказали и не исправили, и это к сожалению частая практика - Полотенце у бассейна не было и пока её сходили на ресепшн - ничего не менялось - еда в ресторане на 4с минусом...... - барбекю в выходные- не было- типа мало людей и при этом в меню в одном месте написано минимум 5 человек, а в другом уже 10 - вечером так и не было заявленного кино на берегу -персонал не говорит по английски, кроме 1 человека, ну это вопрос сервиса

방비엥 시내에서 40분 정도 떨어져 있어서 시내에서 액티비티를 하려면 전용 셔틀을 타고 나가야 하지만, 그래서 더욱 한적하고 좋았습니다. 저수지가 보이는 곳에서 카약을 타거나 크루즈를 탈 수 있고, 올인클루시브를 선택하면 아침, 점심, 저녁을 리조트에서 계속 편하게 해결할 수 있었어요. 방은 호수 전망이 보여서 좋았고, 모래사장이 있어서 아이들이 놀기 좋았습니다. 쿠킹 클래스와 제트 스키를 따로 신청해서 탔는데 매우 즐거운 활동이었습니다. 리조트는 방이 크지는 않지만 안락했고, 욕실은 아주 화려하지는 않지만 환경을 배려한 설계였습니다. 전반적으로 자연과 함께 할 수 있는 좋은 리조트라서 푹 쉬었습니다. 무엇보다 스탭들이 매우 친절했습니다! 영어를 할 수 있는 스탭들이 여러 모로 지원해 주었고, 다들 친절하게 맞이해 주어서 3박 동안 푹 쉬었습니다.

預訂不到一小時申請退款，拒絕後讓客服介入，無果。爛地方打不到車，晚上出租車也不願意去，聯繫客服幫忙處理，讓酒店派車接我，我願意出費用，酒店説太晚了沒車，酒店都知道沒車，為什麼不能通融給我退款，既不退款，也不想辦法找車接我，快晚上十二點了都沒結果，臨時找的路邊隨便住的

The banks are trying to play down the devaluation by offering exchange rates that are 20% lower than they actually are. Suppliers are now asking 24,000 kip for 1USD, while the bank is asking 21,000 kip. Therefore our exchange rate matches our operational reality further than that of the banks rate. We are sorry that this was not made clear to you and have led to this misunderstanding. We once again apologize that our maintenance service did not meet your expectations.
