We come in Group from IRCTC. All are senior citizen. I really happy for Pride Biznotel stay was good and comfortable. All guest is happy and main thing is satisfied and happy. We have dinner and breakfast also good taste and room was clean and fresh. Staff also good .

Their suite room is spacious and good. Food is good. On road so connectivity wise is also good. Parking space is not available

As per the price this is below average. Very less experienced staff, though as a person all are very good but experience lacks. Also cleanliness etc is also compromised. Not a value for money. People are nice, property location also good, room size is fine. But management and experience is lacking

The property was accessible easily & within half an hour from airport. The staff was very polite & check-in process was very fast. The room was good & breakfast had good options. Overall good experience!

Discrepancy in room size i’m writing to express my disappointment with the room provided during my recent stay. I booked a room advertised as 300 square meters, but upon arrival, i was given a room that was only 225 square feet. This discrepancy is unacceptable and not in line with what was shown Additionally, i strongly believe that all room sizes should be verified by the respective government authority to prevent such issues in the future. I’ve attached a screenshot from the mm t website for your reference. Please address this matter and ensure that such misrepresentations do not occur again. Best regards, b. K. Agrawal

Rooms are ok but can be more clean. Need some renovation. Food quality is good. More options can be added for breakfast and dinner. 4

Hotel rooms are old and needs lot of maintenance at hotel, rooms are small in size. Breakfast is of good quality. Also wine shop is near by so can buy liquor and hotel staff is supportive in this case.
