Hay algunas cosas sobre las instalaciones de la habitación que no puedo elogiar. El inglés del personal de servicio no es muy bueno. Hay un olor a humedad en la habitación. No se puede encender la televisión. No hay transporte público. Si no conduce tú mismo, olvídalo.

Hotel is right next to ferry port and the area is a bit on the industrial side, but the hotel itself is very good. There is a small supermarket about 3 doors down and a bar or two within easy walking distance, however It is a fair old walk (20 mins) to a tourist type beach...

First a strange surrounding but later we discovered it is close to restaurants a free beach and nice city’s.
The staff is ferry friendly and the breakfast is great. A special thanks to Marcello he is a nice receptionist and barkeeper.
A place we will return.

I was very overwhelmed with the receptionist, his name is Marcello. He was very kind and helpful. I was impressed in terms of his service with us. He was also well spoken in English language. Imagine we checked in too late like around 11pm and he offered us to make some foods with me & my family. We stayed only 1 night in the hotel but Marcello gave us a very good service. If we will have a vacation again going to Italy will surely choose Sea Art Hotel. I, thank you so much for the best service with us Marcello. Keep up the good work. Vielen Dank.

My family and I just returned from the Sea Arcade hotel and had to write a review as we found this hotel to be magnificent. The view from our room was breath taking, the staff at reception pleasant and very helpful. Rooms offered a luxurious design and beds and pillow were very comfortable as was the spacious bathroom. If staying here you should eat breakfast here also, obviously for the variety of choice but also for the staff. One gentleman in particular who made us feel so welcome and made as laugh. We will most certainly return here in near future.

Lisa was on reception Saturday 4th February 2023. The best receptionist I have ever come across in all my 53 years. Above & beyond, she recommended a restaurant and organised a taxi. We could not get a taxi back to the hotel from the restaurant, so Lisa Came And Picked Us Up In Her Own Car! The Best! Fortunately Alessandro was on reception also that night, so that Lisa was able to help us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank You
