Premier Inn London Twickenham Stadium

Gran experiencia. Un tipo amable en la recepción nos registró muy rápido y también nos ayudó con nuestras maletas mientras luchábamos con ellas. A la mañana siguiente íbamos a un funeral cuando una gerente vino a vernos y fue genial con nuestros 3 niños pequeños, les dio algunas golosinas y coloreó y fue literalmente increíble cuando mis lágrimas más jóvenes se convirtieron en sonrisas. Nuestra habitación era más grande que otras posadas premier en las que nos hemos alojado y limpiaban todos los días que estuvimos allí (6 días en total). Definitivamente volveré a visitar cuando vuelva a ver a la familia.

Driving up from the South West, I've tried most of the PIs in the area, Brentford, Kew etc but a) they don't guarantee a parking space and b) they charge for it (or at least the parking company does). Only a couple of 100 yards from Whitton rail station with frequent trains into into Waterloo via Richmond. .

Wake up call outside our window at 4:30 from a drunk visitor was not expected. Would have hoped they would have been moved or told to be quiet but neither of those happened. So the reason for our trip was dampened as we were very tired.

My recent stay at the Premier Inn was for 3 nights. The staff were welcoming, bed comfortable with clean linen. Bathroom was clean with fresh towels. The place has had no inves**ent for many years and it shows. Shabby common areas and the rooms have not been decorated or been refreshed since it opened. Carpet was full of stains and the headboard was badly stained and old. It is a shame, it is always full. Location is perfect with buses and trains nearby. Premier Inn needs to invest to update this property.

Molly was lovely, funny and very good looking. Helpful and a good laugh. Hotel good location and pub next door was good, food and service ok. Would stay here on business again and leisure, parking free good bonus and a good location for travel Gav

Generally the hotel was great value for money. The breakfast was super and great value. We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children aged 8 and 3). The room was just adequate. The room was acceptably clean, wifi and TV were both ok. My one main criticism is the shower. The shower is fixed, so you cannot move it which is not very convenient when you have kids and you don't want their hair to get wet!

We stayed at this hotel to attend a family party. We picked Premier Inn as they are all of a similar standard and never disappoint……..till now. We were put in room 11 as a family of three. On entering the room there was an overpowering damp smell. The room was booked for three and it had only enough towels and cups for two people, I know it’s trivial but the room should have enough supplies for all occupants. Due to being held up in traffic we had a quick change and back out so we were not late to the party. When we returned after midnight we discovered the full extent of how filthy the room was. At the side of the bed there was a dried substance on the skirting board. The skirting boards round the room were thick with dust. The end of the double bed had dried splashed stains on it, I don’t even want to think what was splashed and dried all over the place. The bathroom had clearly at some point been flooded and badly repaired. The ceiling had mould on. The light fitting was covered in rust. Behind the bathroom door was thick with dirt and the floor was discoloured, but we were unsure if this was mould. The heating did not work and the room despite putting the thermostat up to 30 degrees and it was freezing. We discovered in the morning the heating had been turned completely off on the radiator. Yes we should have checked the radiator that night but after travelling for over 5 hours then going straight to a party till late we didn’t think to as we were exhausted.Opening the curtains in the morning they were dirty and had black mould on. I have to say for the price we paid for a night it was just shocking. It was so bad we couldn’t bring ourselves to get in and use the shower so waited till we got home. I have never seen a hotel quite as filthy. The issues were reported to reception and we were just told to contact guest relations! This hotel should come with a health hazard warning!

Good hotel for what we wanted. Great location and pub next door was nice. Bathroom could have been in better condition but otherwise the bed was comfy and the meals were good. Kids had a great time and so did we.

very nice place to stay local to train station or motorways local high street waling distance with restaurant and café if this is what you want. Pub on site with a restaurant attached which is good value for money
