London Twickenham East

Solía hospedarme en este hotel regularmente cuando estaba en Londres para reuniones antes de jubilarme, por lo que era una opción obvia reservar cuando venía a Londres para ver a viejos amigos. Bueno, realmente ha ido cuesta abajo, el área de recepción tenía partículas de polvo que volaban y se me clavaban en la garganta. Mi habitación estaba sucia, el edredón parecía que alguien más había dormido en él lleno de pelos cortos y *****s, la papelera en el baño no había sido vaciada, la cortina de la ducha necesitaba una buena plancha. Había parche mohoso en el techo. La cabecera estaba polvorienta y parecía que no la habían limpiado en 20 años. Miré a mi esposo y rápidamente nos fuimos y reservamos en el alojamiento de viaje. El personal de la recepción estuvo ausente para registrar una queja, así que la reenvié a la oficina central. No aguantaré la respiración por una respuesta.

This was our second stay at this hotel but this time we booked a standard room. The room was ok but the bathroom had black mouldy grout around the tiles, the shower head had black mould and limescale, the floor was manky in the corners, the sink plug jammed so unable to use sink and the whole bathroom was just ver worn out!

Stayed in room 15 , bathroom door would not close , infact couldn't move it from wide open , bathroom sink back filled when water was put in bowl , bring up old shaving hair , it was disgusting , this is a hotel that is evidently busy and as long as the money comes in they don't care , restaurant next door was dreadful , filthy , tables , decor , toilets, dreadful

The hotel doesn’t let you check in early because there is only 17 rooms. As we got there so we could check in early because there web site said you can but you can’t. Smell of wee in the room. Pub next door is terrible. All in need of a refurbishment. Inadequate lighting to car park. On a main road you can here every car that goes by and every plane that land at the airport. Poor

family stayed over Christmas , gift left for the children on Christmas morning which was a sweet gesture thank you. Very polite man working overnight called sandy who was charming and very interactive with the children. we stayed here a few nights then due to being busy moved to the neighbour hotel

Hotel was in a great location with parking which was really useful. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Room was good value and would stay again if I was in the area. Can be a good base if flying from Heathrow as well and want to be a little away from the airport itself.

I’m just going to start by saying that I do not usually leave reviews like this, but the way this has been handled by Premier Inn staff has left me no choice. We stayed in room 6 on Saturday 13th May, which we booked out for the rugby and for our 10 year anniversary weekend away. The second we opened the door to our room we were hit with a foul damp / mould smell. We immediately opened the window to vent out the room and left for the match. When we returned it still smelt awful but yet again we had reservations to make so we left the window on vent and continued with our evening plans. Upon returning to the room that evening the smell again hit us making us feel sick. We went to reception to report it and ask if there was anything that they could do but unfortunately and understandably they were fully booked because of the rugby. We spent that night cold because we had to leave the window open all night and even then that did not help with the awful smell. Usually we would wake up, maybe pop the tv on and have a cup of tea in bed to make the most of our child free time away but that morning we woke up, showered and checked out as early as we possibly could. Upon checking out we spoke with the manager Debbie to explain the situation and she gave us their complaints / feedback number. We asked her to come back to the room with us to smell it but she politely declined saying that she did not need to and that she would leave a note on the system for the feedback team to read. Well, I wish I had persevered because she actually left a note stating that the room smelt absolutely fine which meant that I didn’t get anywhere with the complaints team. She essentially called us liars. We paid £156 for this room and spent as little time in it as possible because it smelt like the inside of a wet cave. There were signs of mould on the bathroom ceiling, and also considering the room was booked for 2 people we were only left one towel in the room. I usually love Premier Inn as you know what you’re supposed to get but this time it was just not the case. Please save your lungs and book elsewhere.

I loved my stay at the East Twickenham Premier Inn, I was so impressed that we actually stayed an extra week. Really comfortable bed and spacious room, great wi-fi and the pub connected to the hotel had a great cocktail menu. The staff at the Premier Inn are definitely the best thing about the place - what a lovely team! So helpful, friendly and went above and beyond.

We stayed at this hotel after being invited to an hen-do, where we were introduced with amazing customer service from the team. To begin our celebrations, we were handed a bottle of Prosecco and encouraged to have fun to end the night. I would 100% recommend!!
