Front desk did not have an attendant 24/7. It was closed at night. When I needed to check out at 0600, the front desk was closed with no attendant. The phone in the lobby with instructions to call if the front desk is closed, wasn’t even working!

The room was nice but had an odd smell to it. When I got to my room later that night and went to go use the tv before bed the remote had no batteries in it and the tv had no buttons on it to use.

Staff were helpful and courteous. Our room smelled horrible though (like leftover musty food) no matter how much we sprayed Febreze and kept the window cracked open the furthest it could go. Linens and bedding were threadbare. The sheet kept coming off the corners of the bed. Housekeeping service was only after 3 days of stay, earlier than that would incur a $3 charge. Not a dealbreaker for us but something I think future guests would like to know before booking. Room had a small pan, 2 bowls, 2 plates, 2 sets of silverware, 2 water glasses, and some kitchenware. Good to have for an extended stay (which of course the place is for) but would suggest booking elsewhere if you want a cleaner and more comfortable experience.

Property was well maintained and room was comfortable. Downside was the elevator was out of order for a time and many of the patrons there were loud

Bathroom was full of hair, not so clean. Had feeling to go to bed due to many stains on bed sheets.

Only problems were the toilet clogged and the air conditioner stopped working

I was surprised to find people in a bed after I open door to my room just after check in. Fortunately they had one more another room available but only with one bed instead of two.

The lady at front desk was very welcoming and informational and professional!

Renovated, nice & clean. Well lit parking lot. Staff was very friendly. Great for the price. Would stay here again.

Everything was great, the location is awesome. The only thing we did not like was that in the bathroom roof there was an area with mold, but for everything else it was a great stay. I would definitely book it again!

I regret to say that my recent stay at this hotel was rather unsettling due to the staff's overly persistent housekeeping interruptions before the standard checkout time. As a frequent traveler, accustomed to various accommodations, I was taken aback by the multiple disruptions I experienced. Typically, a "Do Not Disturb" sign provides guests with the option to rest undisturbed, but this courtesy was absent. My rest was interrupted first at 10 AM, and then repeatedly, even after I communicated my desire to not be disturbed. It's common for hotels to offer a gentle phone call reminder from the front desk when it’s time to check out, allowing guests a little leeway. Unfortunately, this hotel seemed to prioritize room turnover efficiency over guest comfort. This experience, which left me needing meditation to regain my composure, was not in line with the hospitality standards I've come to expect. For my own peace of mind, I have decided to seek other accommodations in the future, preferring the reliability of other local options over the possibility of such disruptions. For those who value a peaceful and undisturbed stay, it might be advisable to consider other hotels in the area.

For the price that we paid there could have been much better accommodations and not to mention SPRING BEDS?! In a hotel are you kidding me I couldn’t sleep at all

I've never been to a hotel where they didn't have coffe in the room so that was my first disappointment. The coffee in the lobby was like mud, no cream or sugar at various points. The hotel was clean but the bathroom lacked hooks to hang clothing and the overall amenities were few.
