El personal no es amable, aunque en Eslovenia es seria pero aquí te hacen malas caras. Un día no hicieron la limpieza del cuarto porque se les olvidó, solo nos dieron toallas nuevas ya que no habia personal de limpieza por la tarde. El buffet entiendo en esos sitios no es tan variado pero este de verdad tenía muy pocas opciones o se terminaban los alimentos y ya no ponían más, además la fruta estaba en mal estado. Tienen poco personal y eso se refleja en que la misma persona es que sirve en el bar, es el mesero y es quien esta en recepción. He estado en hoteles pequeños y a veces el trato es más personalizado y te hacen sentir más confortable, en este hotel solo les interesa que hagas el check in y que pagues.

The same warm welcome greeted me as I arrived. Rooms immaculate, food superb. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at Ahotel! Even down to the traditional shoe polishing system which greets you at the bottom of the staircase. Long may this team survive in these troubled times!

This is a nice enough hotel, but it’s too far from Ljubljana’s city center to make it a good choice for tourists. It’s not a walkable neighborhood for tourists who are not familiar with the city, and definitely not the correct choice if you want to stroll the lovely city. Also, the front desk is not staffed between 10pm-8am and the doors are locked.

Great staff. Easy check in and room was clean. Breakfast was more than adequate and the coffee machine with all the choices was great as well. Overall, a wonderful stay.

This was a lovely hotel that my family really enjoyed. The staff was most excellent and kind, and the check-in and check-out process smooth. The breakfast buffet was great! A few things we didn’t enjoy: the mattresses were way too hard. Also, there are still some cute pictures of a children’s playground on the property page here on *******, but the staff told us the playground was taken down during COVID.

As the title suggests, it was the price that attracted us to this hotel. First impression upon arrival was that we had made the wrong choice because it is further out than imagined. However, once settled, on reflection, we would have made the same decision for taxis were dead easy to organise, very efficient and reasonably priced at 6 euros each way. Basically, 4 taxis a day to cover the travel in and out for day time viewing followed by night time eating and you were still saving a lot of money compared to the centrally located hotels that were incredibly expensive by comparison. Room was good size, modern, clean and comfortable. All staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was typical European and fine.

The hotel sits outside or on the edge of the city (there is a farm across the street), but Ljubljana is small and the distance from the hotel to downtown is walkable for those with some energy. Three guys booked the apartment which is next to the main hotel building. A Murphy-bed in the kitchen/dining area and two single beds in the bedroom. The room was clean, bathroom modern, and relatively quiet (large road outside with trucks). The breakfast was decent. Parking was just outside the building and did not have an issue finding a spot.
Overall a good price and I would recommend.
