Nice room, ok service, nothing remarkable. Clean and convenient, the restaurant has a nice variety and good service. Not much in the way of amenities, but all in all it was quite cosy and comfortable.

Estuve unos días en Waterford con mi familia y la estancia en este hotel, ha sido de lo más placentera. La habitación cuádruple grande y espaciosa. El único pero quizás es que daba a la calle principal y había bastante tráfico, aunque eso para mi no fue un gran problema. Desayuno buffet con opciones variadas. El trato del personal muy correcto y amable en todo momento. Tiene un pub en la planta de abajo, muy bonito y espacioso, que incluye una sala de juegos para los niños. y tiene una comida muy sabrosa. El hotel dispone también de un gimnasio y una piscina a los que los clientes del mismo pueden acceder sin problemas La piscina es grande y los niños disfrutaron mucho en la misma. En definitiva que una estancia muy cómoda y un hotel que recomendaría sin dudas.

The staff the location the food … everything was excellent from the time we arrived until we left. John and Paul were exceptional hosts. The food was second to none. Ella was very attentive. All staff were friendly and professional. The cleanliness of the hotel especially the bedroom was excellent. Thank you to all the staff in Treacys

Stayed for 2 nights and found it very good value for money. Decor is a little dated but breakfast is very good. Ideally located for a city break.

Had an overnight stay, attending a conference the following day. There was loud noise from fan/machine outside the room. No extraction in the room so couldn't close the window. Reception promised it would stop at 9pm. It went on continuously throughout the night. It was a hot day and no water was provided in the room. Went to the bar to get water and had to wait 30 mins as a large group was in the hotel and only one barman on duty. No shampoo/conditioner provided but that's ok. I was obliged to pay in advance for my stay and couldn't get a receipt until I checked out the following day. Bathroom was dated with broken tiles, no extraction and a notice saying fire alarm could go off if the door wasn't closed. Seal on the shower panel was yellow with age. Wasn't suited to business stay as very noisy and hard to hear on a business call.

Stayed one night most staff were really nice especially Niall who really looked after us aswell as the manager. The pool staff unfortunately were not nice at all.

Me and my partner stayed here 3 times in the last month the staff especially the manager in the bar and restaurant couldn't do enough for us the food and rooms are lovely to can't wait to get back and the prices are great and Waterford I'd lovely to

We had the best time at Treacys hotel. The staff at reception couldn't do enough to make sure we enjoyed our stay, Kelly was amazing she was so lovely ,she really is a credit to the hotel!!! We had a few days trips planned and the location with free parking was great!! Bar food great also and great fun with Paul the manager! We will definitely be back - thank you Kelly and the wonderful staff!!
