"¡Qué lugar tan bonito! Nos lo pasamos de maravilla en este encantador hotel. Si viajas con perro, hay mucho espacio verde para pasear. Nuestro perro recibió un bonito juguete de regalo y un bebedero en la habitación. La cena en el restaurante estuvo deliciosa, ¡y Yasin, el camarero, fue muy atento! "The perfect hotel for visiting different chateaux close to Tours. If you have lots of train travel like we did, stay here. Spacious room, very funky design —our room had a private “cinema” in the room, fabulous breakfast and very friendly staff. The only addition that we would have liked is a kettle in the room and perhaps a bit more amenities like conditioner and cotton buds etc. All in all, a great stay!"

"I went to spend last weekend with my mom for her birthday. I received text messages in the morning to know the exact time I would arrive, it was complicated to tell them the time given that I live far from Tours, but I was under pressure to arrive absolutely before 4:00 p.m. because the message services were scheduled at that time and the person was coming only for us. Okay, in principle I understand, so I asked if we could postpone the service to 4:30 p.m. and there, I was told that it was not possible to postpone. However, in the salon I saw the masseuse, she did not seem to be in a hurry, I am sure that I could have arrived at 4:30 p.m. without this pressure. When we arrived, the welcome was courteous but not warmer than that. The establishment is rather clean, but aging, it would deserve some refreshing work, in fact the faucet of my shower was broken, the curtains of the room torn and dirty in places, the small decorative tagine on the bedside table broken, and the plastic decorative flowers I find it a little cheap for a place that calls itself "luxury" Foufa's massage was very pleasant, it was a good time, I recommend. For dinner, the briks leaves were reheated and not cooked to order, which made them soft, the couscous was served while we were only at the entrance, but we had the feeling that we had to finish quickly because the people still present in the establishment wanted to leave, we were then left alone in the establishment, if I had not asked the question of whether we were actually going to be left alone, no one would have warned us. I also found that they were in a hurry to clear our table, basically I found that there was pressure on everything, I was not relaxed, there was no music during the meal, quite a strange and uncomfortable atmosphere. The breakfast brunch is not worth it, a lot of leftovers which in my opinion were reheated. Industrial orange juice, and miniature plastic jam. An establishment that would benefit from serving something more refined, we can see that there is no effort made on the meals. To conclude, I would say that it is much too expensive for what it is, that the managers should be trained in welcoming and caring for customers, and above all, special attention should be paid to the meals."

"We were lucky enough to stay in the original farmhouse section of the property. We had our own entrance from the garden and an interconnecting door to the rest of the property. A room full of character and history. Our hosts were charming and the breakfast was excellent. Secure parking was a bonus. The tram stop for the centre of Tours was only a ten minute walk away. A shame we were only here for one night as this would be an excellent base for exploring the area of La Loire."

"El hotel era relativamente nuevo, las habitaciones eran espaciosas y el desayuno era normal, pero abundante. El principal problema fue el servicio extremadamente frío. La primera noche, debido al Maratón de Tours, las calles cercanas al hotel estaban cerradas, así que tuvimos que caminar desde el aparcamiento de la estación de tren en las afueras de la ciudad hasta el hotel con nuestro equipaje. Cuando preguntamos por qué el hotel no nos había informado de los cierres de carreteras con antelación, respondieron que no tenían nuestra información de contacto. Cuando preguntamos por qué no habían avisado a la plataforma de reservas, guardaron silencio. A las 3 de la madrugada, la alarma de incendios de nuestra habitación se disparó de repente, y todos los huéspedes del hotel se pusieron en fila en pijama para bajar por la escalera de incendios. Media hora después, dijeron que había sido un error y que todos debían irse a casa. Al día siguiente, preguntamos a qué hora podríamos entrar al aparcamiento del hotel después del maratón, y nos dijeron que sería después de las 8 de la tarde, pero seguía cerrado a las 10 de la noche. El hotel no ofreció ninguna explicación para ninguno de estos incidentes durante nuestra estancia, simplemente los dejó pasar como si nunca hubieran ocurrido."
