Stayed here for one night whilst passing through to Biscarosse - pleasantly surprised at the high standard of the hotel! Private parking a plenty around the bank, very clean and great amenities. The man on reception when we arrived the afternoon of 14th July, was excellent. He really took his time to explain the best places to visit in the city and marked them all on the map for us.

Avoid this place at all costs. First of all, it is important to share that if you complain to the manager of what went wrong during your stay and you ask to speak in English so that there are no misunderstanding (as French is not our main language) , she will refuse to speak with you saying, and i quote: "We are in France so we speak in French". Moreover, if you stay more than one night, expect your room not to be properly clean every day. The dust will stay for all the long og your stay and the vacuum cleaner simply doesn't exist. Besides, this hotel's group policy is that if you stay more than one night, they should change the bedsheets every 3rd day - which we totally agree. We stayed there for 7 days, they changed it only once because we requested it. The toilet paper that is not finished in one room, they put it in another guest room. They charged our kids the city tax - which is illegal - and still have not give it back. The reservation says there is bottle of water in the room which is false - we complained about it and they just gave us on the first day. The breakfast does not comply with covid mesures: for instance, everyone touch the bread to cut it. To end this review, be aware that it is located in a not charming place and far away from center (15 - 20 min walking). Really bad hotel.

Il n'y avait pas de parking intérieur, et personne pour communiquer après 22:00 heures. Nous avons donc dû chercher un autre hôtel, que nous avons trouvé : CAMPANILE TOURS, avec une personne présente encore à 23:00 heures, et un parking intérieur !

Nous y avons passé une nuit qui fut très agréable, la chambre et la salle de bain semblent avoir été rénovées récemment. En ce qui concerne la propreté de la chambre, rien à signaler. L'hôtel se situe à environ 10 minutes en voiture du centre ville (30aine de minute pied).

Dès l'arrivée on peut admirer la "modernité" de l'établissement. La déco est sobre et légère, l'accueil est sympa et les formalités expédiées. La chambre d'un forma moyen est moderne et aérée. La salle de bain en petites faïences blanches respire la fraîcheur et la propreté. La literie est impeccable. Le petit déjeuner propose l'assortiment complet. Bref que des bons points. Avec quelques possibilités de stationnement le long de l'hôtel. Très bien !

Personnel hyper sympa. La chambre est très fonctionnelles Le restaurant est très correct. Nous sommes venus pour un enterrement. L'hôtel était idéalement situé entre les pompes funèbre et l'église de la cérémonie. Le personnel a été hyper agréable et je recommande cet hôtel Tout a été fait pour que même en arrivant en avance, la chambre soit disponible Je pense que nous y reviendrons dès que nous aurons besoin d'un pied à terre à Tours Merci encore à tous, vous avez été au top

Chambre qui ne correspond pas au type de chambre réservé. Hôtel mal insonorisé. Bon petit déjeuner.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Camere pulite e confortevoli. Se avete l’auto possibilità di parcheggiare davanti gratuitamente. Staff super gentile. Un grazie speciale a Benjamin che ci ha assistito a causa di uno sciopero. Ottima colazione. Consigliato
