Sole traveller but booked a double room. There is literally no room to open luggage, luckily I brought top open luggage. Had to put the luggage on the only chair in the room. The bathroom is super small and there is a hanging rod inside the bathing area which I had hit my arms as the space was too small. The rooms are not soundproofing and you can hear neighbours pulling and dragging their chairs in their room. There is no bottled water provided and you had to take a plastic bottle to level 2 to refill if you need any water. This hotel is more like a hostel instead of a decent hotel. The location of the hotel was inside an alley after turning left from the main road (Kyobashi station is right at the main road), which is secluded at night. There is a few guys smoking outside the hotel and on the opposite side, there is some bars and restaurants. It’s quite unsafe for female sole travellers. Also, on one of the nights, there were some company gatherings with a lot of Japanese at the area meant for travellers to eat. They were all stuffy at the first floor area and it’s really noisy. Won’t choose to stay at this hotel again.

Great service, receptionists and room attendants are very friendly. Location is great, the room price also fare compared with surrounding hotels. Very fancy too. Highly recommended.

Love the room! Super clean and stylish! Hotel staff are SUPER helpful and friendly! We enjoyed our 4 nights stay, very close to Ginza station which is very convenient for travelling around.

We were assisted by a female receptionist when dropping off our luggage before check-in. She informed us that there is No city tax for a double bed room. However, during check-in, a male receptionist claimed the tax was 200 yen per double bed room, resulting in an additional charge. This discrepancy left me feeling deceived, and it significantly diminished my overall experience.

Great location. Room a bit small for the cost. But it is a good stay. Liked the cowork area. Can join video conference call for early check in and late check out.

Room is a little tiny but it is very convenient to get around to places like Ginza and Tsukiji Market. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Room Type: One Of A Kind - Studio Double. Location: Great! 1 min walk to Kyobashi Metro Station of Ginza Line (G Line); 3 min walk to Takaracho Metro Station of Toei Subway's Asakusa Line (A Line). 7 min straight line walk to all the great shopping malls of Marunouchi connected to the magnificent Tokyo Train/Subway stations. Meidi-ya Supermarket is 3 min walk away. Many eateries within 5 min walk. 10 min walk or 2 min Metro ride to the fancy Ginza shopping district. Facilities: Love Lyf's co-living concept. Common kitchen with stove and utensils, microwave ovens, kettles, cutlery were so useful and while we were there, the common dining/hang-out room and kitchen were used very responsibly and kept clean by the residents. Room: Room size was meaningfully above average for Tokyo standards. Well laid out interior. And because the hotel is not on the main thoroughfare. there was no traffic noise at all. Service: This is not a full service hotel, yet the multi-national front desk staff we encountered were professional, personable, enthusiastic and displayed competency in many aspects of hotel operations. Karen (Japan), Lee (Taiwan), Larry (China), Shalu (Nepal) were some of the outstanding staff members we interacted with. Cleanliness: Absolutely beyond reproach. Value: We paid slightly more for Lyf Ginza (without B'fast) compared to some other mid-range, full-service hotels which often include breakfast but we felt Lyf more than made up with its superb location and bigger room and served our purpose perfectly.

The hotel is located very close to the nearest Metro station - Kyobashi and is not too far away from the main shopping street of Ginza. Room was small but clean and functional.
