Recomiendo que el escritorio delantero sepa si quieres desayuno, no me di cuenta que tenía que hacer esto, pero todavía me han alojado en el último minuto que aprecié tanto. El desayuno no está incluido en el precio. ¡Café lindo en el nivel inferior y en la ubicación ideal! Espero poder visitar de nuevo algún día.

El edificio tiene 23 plantas, vamos es muy alto. El personal de recepción es amable y eficiente. Tiene ascensores suficientes y se debe usar la tarjeta de la habitación para subir. Los pasillos están excesivamente iluminados y las habitacion bien identificadas. La habitación para uso individual tiene unos 30m2. Tiene una distribución cómoda, aunque no es muy práctica. La cama de 2m y las almohadas eran cómodas. Pero hacía calor y el aire hacía mucho ruido. La insonorización no era buena, se oía el ruido exterior, de la plaza. La iluminación era correcta y se podía dejar a oscuras, aunque el sistema para apagarlas/encenderlas era complicado. El mobiliario estaba en buen estado. La TV era de unas 32” y tenía numerosos canales Había un equipo individual de aire acondicionado que se podía regular. El baño era cómodo. Su iluminación era correcta. La grifería funcionaba correctamente y las toallas eran correctas. El desayuno no era correcto para esta categoría aunque había zumo de naranja natural. Pero, había poca variedad y calidad, La wifi funcionaba bien y se podían conectar varios dispositivos. En resumen, un buen hotel de esta categoría, aunque yo esperaba más.

Estabamos dos noches en Pandora y nos sentíamos bien. Las camas son blandas, las encontramos muy bien. El baño tiene marmo chic. El agradable receptor fue muy útil. Describe la parada cercana, desde donde se puede llegar al centro en 10 minutos (por 0,4 €). Nos encontramos en la cocina justo al lado de Croissants y Berek, nos dio platos y café. Muy bonito. Dejó lavar ropa, lo que fue muy barato y rápidamente hecho. La zona alrededor del hotel es algo pobre, pero inofensivo. Volveríamos a reservar allí inmediatamente.

He visitado muchísimos países, y en hoteles de todo tipo, y en alguna oportunidad me ha tocado pedir “late checkout” o lo que es lo mismo “salida tarde” porque mi vuelo de regreso a casa sale muy tarde ese día. En este caso pagué casi 600€ por prácticamente 2 noches, eran 3 noches, pero la primera noche llegué a las 2 de la madrugada del aeropuerto, es decir, prácticamente 2 noches, cuando en Albania los hoteles están muy baratos, pero preferí agarrar una cadena conocida por si acaso, Y AL PEDIR LATE CHECKOUT DE 2h porque mi vuelo salía a las 18:50h de la tarde, ME DIJERON QUE NOOOO, cuando el hotel estaba recién estrenado y estaba prácticamente vacío!!!!!!!! ME PARECIÓ MUY MUY MAL, TUVE QUE ESTAR DANDO VUELTAS POR TIRANA Y COMER SÚPER TARDE, PARA PODER HACER TIEMPO HASTA LAS 16h que me fui al aeropuerto. PIENSO RECOMENDAR EL HOTEL? NO!!!!, PIENSO VOLVER??? NO!!!!, no sólo por esto, sino porque está lejos del centro, el restaurant Terra del hotel es carísimo, y mira que a mi casi nada me sorprende, pero la diferencia de precios con el resto de la ciudad, me sorprendió muchísimo. Pedimos para comer unas mini chuletas de cerdo ibérico y un Angus rib y 2 aguas, y nos cobraron 135€, cuando en el restaurante ERA, que está a 50 metros del hotel, lo recomienda TripAdvisor, y nos costó un risotto exquisito, y 2 chuletones de angus de 1.200 gramos con guarnición de setas y verduras, más pan, más 2 aguas, más una Pepsi max, OJO 53€, de locura!!!! Y estaba todo muy bien, así que no se justifican los precios del hotel. El hotel es bonito?? Si!!!, es cómodo??? Si!!!, está prácticamente nuevo, lo inauguraron hace poco, pero eso no da derecho a que te cobren 5 veces más por comer en sus instalaciones, está a 1 km y medio o más de la plaza Skanderbeg y de todo lo que hay que visitar por la capital de Albania. Grande estándar, limpieza y cortesía. El personal es increíble! El desayuno es rico y bien organizado, con camareros muy atentos y profesionales. El edificio es increíble, el techo y el restaurante son elegantes y con la adecuada norma europea. Hotel de lujo

We booked a room to ourselves so had separate toilet and shower. Nice room, although barely space to put stuff on but considering the price and location, still excellent value for money. Melissa and her sister (we'd assume she is your sister Melissa, so very sorry if we got it wrong) are very nice, Melissa answered our questions of how to get where and recommended a nice restaurant. No kettle in the room but downstairs kitchen is for shared use - you can borrow cutleries and mugs/glasses, just ensure they are returned promptly. I saw some residents using the cooker etc. to cook meals, but we didn't do that. Guess would be handy. Nowhere to hang up washing in our family room but again, you can borrow coat hangers and there is an airer in the garden, so all basic needs are sorted. All guests we had talked to were very friendly too. If anything during our stay that was a bit strange, may I just mention (politely), was the lady working at the breakfast, I did not get her name because we barely had any conversation with her (as we usually do naturally and pleasantly with other service staff, everywhere we visit), but from our first ever communication with her, we felt that she was not very approachable. We felt as if we were being scrutinised and the contact was just cold, with reflection, we couldn't think of anything that we had done wrong, and deemed ourselves good guests (like we already clean after ourselves and were always polite), and we did not eat a ridiculous amount of food compared to other guests we had observed (it's a breakfast buffet upon booking, right?), so we couldn't think of any reason why we felt the lady was not very willing to help us from our 1st morning in the kitchen (a big contrast to Melissa and her sister). Not sure if there was any miscommunication or simply personal bias, what bothered us more was the lady seemed a lot nicer to some other guests (and when I checked again the reviews, there were lots of nice mentions of the breakfast lady, which just made we feel even worse, though we were not sure if those were talking about the same lady), Anyway, I tried not to take it personal and we had no idea why it made us feel that way, but this was the only thing that made us feel uncomfortable during the stay, every thing else was very good, so overall, we should give a top score. El hotel está a unos 5 minutos a pie de la terminal de autobuses interurbanos, pero a una hora a pie del centro de la ciudad. Así que es una buena ubicación si tienes que coger un autobús temprano o llegar tarde por la noche. El hotel es nuevo por lo que todas las instalaciones son nuevas y agradables. El personal es extremadamente amigable. El desayuno es bueno. El único inconveniente es que el aire de la habitación está un poco congestionado con el modo de temperatura bloqueado centralmente como ”Calor” (mientras yo quiero ”Frío”) y el personal tampoco puede hacer mucho.

Struttura ottima, sita in zona molto strategica e smart. Si dorme molto bene, forse le stanze potrebbero avere un mobiletto o un tavolino in piu, ma la scelta soft non è male. Bagno molto tecnologico e bello, molto ben apprezzata anche la larga doccia, finalmente un posto dove puoi regolare l'aria condizionata per davvero e in maniera ergonomica ed efficace. Personale molto disponibile, forse solo la colazione potrebbe essere migliorata: si tiene sul tetto e a livello scenografico è accattivante, peccato non sia ricca e quel caffè ad un euro di sovrapprezzo stona parecchio Ottimo il parcheggio sotto l'hotel, considerando che ci sono multe continue all'esterno

El mejor Hotel con diferencia, pasamos 50 días así que lo conocemos a fondo, ubicación increíble para mí la mejor zona de Tirana porque tiene una zona de bares espectacular, y está cerca del centro, igualmente el mejor sitio para comer es el hotel el menú del día increíble, felicitamos al cocinero pues prepara la mejor pasta que comeréis nunca ni en Italia y a precios increíbles. El servicio de camareros espectacular, Bleonna me acompaño a un servicio que necesitaba, siempre encantadora y amable una chica increíble, de lo mejor del hotel junto con Jona cariñosa y extremadamente profesional, pero en general el servicio de camareros es excelente, en la recepción es donde se nota la diferencia, porque Dorina destaca muy por encima del resto, en profesionalidad, conocimientos y atención..... Ahí si se nota la diferencia, pero de igual modo fueron atentos y encantadores todos. El servicio de vigilancia de la entrada excelente , super profesionales y para finalizar bela la directora , excepcional su profesionalidad, su atención, pendiente de todos los detalles ella fue el principal motivo de elegir este hotel, sin duda la dirección de un Hotel es la parte que más se debe cuidar para que todo funciones y en ese aspecto el Hilton está sobradamente equipado. Nuestra experiencia no a podido ser mejor y agradecemos a todos la familiaridad recibida, repetiremos sin duda alguna . GRACIAS

As requested by receptionists I post the review- unfortunately it cannot be positive. We arrived on Thursday afternoon (SEP 8 2022). First of all we were disappointed by impolite service in the restaurant that we used twice- for the lunch and for the dinner. During the lunch we were served by the waitress (black pony-tailed hair) who was impolite, impatient and angry. She was confusing the price of house wine several times- once she was saying the price of 800 LEK, shortly after the price increased to 8000 LEK, then 800 LEK again and suddenly she showed her disapproval that we dare to ask of the price of house wine as ”it is so cheap as 80 EUR”. Maybe 80 EUR for the house wine is cheap for the well-paid waitress but we do not consider it to be adequate price. During the evening we were lucky not to be served by Her. Restaurant manager came, took the order and professionally delivered pastas and drinks we ordered. Then nightmare started again as angry, stressed and tired (the same) waitress came and stated that ”she does not know if / and what kind of/dessert is left and we can go to the other bar and ask them”. Seriously? You have desserts in the menu and when I ordered panna cotta and tiramisu I must go to different place to ask it it is still available? This is not a treatment I would expect in a cheap meat shop, not in an aspiring 4 star hotel. This situation forced me to write the review. Hotel itself is pathetic with urgent need of maintanence- in our room nr 101 shower hand holder was falling apart whenever I was trying to move it, fridge did not produce any cold, water did not drain from the bidet and shower gel was so small that was not enogh to take even one shower, for one person. Plenty of insects in the outside pool, water needs impovement too. There is plenty cheaper hotels literally a few steps away where price- quality ratio will be much more honest. And perhaps their staff will not treat the guests as intruders who dare to ask for the price of ”house wine that is that cheap as 80 EUR”. Atmosphere in Best Western Ark at Rinas Airport is dense and the staff treats the guests condescendingly. There are jumping around the people who come for a dinner well-dressed (pretending to be much posh than they really are) serving them free shots whereas ignoring the people who come in casual clothes and telling to go for the desserts elsewhere. It is really strange that from all the guests ordering from the same menu only some get special treatment, even free shots and the others are not even served properly. The staff should definitely improve English. For us Best Western proved again that they are below standards or their much better competitors.
