Excellent Service, Professional and Kind Staff. Worth the money. Calm and Decent Ambience. Food quality is way above Excellent. Services and Room Amenities was excellent. Wifi speed was good. Clean Bathroom. Best place for introverts and ambiverts.

The Bar ... The treatment and service 😀 ... The recommendations, Pork and beef dishes were excellent... Moreover the service, the guys are very friendly and one of the recommended in trivandrum.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel, thanks to the comfortable room and a staff who were very courteous and helpful at all times. Even at night, they were there to serve us and make sure that we were satisfied with everything. The dinning staff was superb!

Very nice and cozy rooms with adequate amenities. Restaurant was great. Overall service was amazing. Staff was cordial and welcoming. Hotel is at walking distance from Lulu Mall. You can spend your full vacation in between these two 😅. I would definitely consider this in future. I recommend to give it a try.

Rooms had a great view, bed was comfortable. The Room Service excellent. Food was probably one of the best we had in Kerala for a long time. Housekeeping great and the team responsive to our needs. Only issue was as the venue for the wedding food, where it was not ***aged properly, seats were kept vacant, guests mad to sit for a long time to be served rice after all the items had been served. This was the complaint of ***y guests. We are sure with your expertise, this too will be overcome. Overall enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back for more. Thanks and regards. P V Kumar.

You have got an excellent chef. Food was very delicious. I would like to say the overall experience is good. Rooms are neatly maintained. The front office staffs were very loyal and their approach to the customers was very much appreciable.

Best place to stay close to the airport, Lulu mall & City . The bar(Hive) had good offers . (Recommended) Will definitely visit again. Great customer service & good pool for an evening swim .

As always, my stay at this hotel was delightful. Despite its small size, the lobby was well-appointed. The rooms were clean, with wonderful views, and the security guards were notably polite. The staff provided a warm welcome, and the breakfast was exceptionally good.

A 5 star hotel that truly exceeded my expectations! Right from reception counter service, housekeeping and Cafe services, extremely professional and courteous service. Special thanks to Parvathy, who patiently handled my reservations via email. Reception service staff, Ashwin and ***eesha were very polite and courteous, able to handle all our requests. Prashobh was very kind and helpful in delivering toiletries promptly to our room. Room was very clean and well kept, toiletries were sufficiently well stocked. Bed sheets and pillows were all very clean and smelt fresh. Buffet breakfast was one of the best that my family and I have experienced, with the wide selection of food, with, the very obliging Cafe staff, esp, (***ager ***i, Jithin and Rejo, names of others I cannot recall), who were able to meet all our requests promptly. Met O Tamara staff at all levels and they all displayed professional and courteous behaviours, a real credit to the Hotel. One the last day, met Shinoj Joseph, the GM, a true professional who exemplified what the Hotel stands for. Overall, a great first time experience with the hotel and its staff. Hope to be back in the future, at an appropriate time. Thank you O by Tamara!
