El personal del hotel fue maravilloso desde la gerencia hasta la recepción y el personal de limpieza. Todos fueron profesionales y amables. La rom era muy espaciosa, limpia y cómoda.

Stayed here for a wedding I attended in fallbrook and thoroughly enjoyed my stay! This hotel had clean, spacious rooms, decent breakfast options, and an indoor heated pool. There is convenient access to the freeway and lots of dining options, both quick serve and sit down. This hotel is minutes away from old town making it easy to find something to do. The staff was super friendly throughout the entire visit. Definitely enjoyed my stay here! My only note would be the lighting in the room and bathroom isn’t great. There’s a huge window but being that I was on the ground floor, I didn’t really want to leave it open. There’s also no safe in the room (that I could find at least) but I’d still stay again as those inconveniences are pretty minor.

Realmente no entiendo por qué este lugar tiene 2 estrellas. Me he alojado en este lugar dos veces y, sinceramente, no me quedaré en ningún otro lugar. Le he recomendado este lugar a varios de mis amigos y les ha encantado su experiencia tanto como a mí. Las cosas van a ser diferentes debido a COVID, pero te hacen sentir como en casa. El personal es muy amable y servicial. El hotel tiene la mejor ubicación, estás lo suficientemente lejos del casco antiguo para no ser golpeado por todos los borrachos, pero lo suficientemente cerca para emborracharte. El hotel tiene agua, Gatorade, bocadillos, comidas calientes y pequeños suministros que puede haber olvidado en su viaje, como un cepillo de dientes, para comprar en el lobby. Aunque, en este momento, debido al estilo de picnic de COVID, no se puede comer, el hotel tiene una bolsa de desayuno para las mañanas que puede recoger en el lobby del hotel y disfrutar en su habitación. Tienen otras comodidades dentro y fuera del hotel que puse en mi otra revisión. Sobre todo, amo este lugar.

Creo que es el mejor best western en el Que me he quedado en los Estados Unidos , es un hotel súper tranquilo, yo lo visité entre semana y estuvo perfecto para descansar, las habitaciones muy amplias y se ve que están renovadas, el personal bastante servicial , se incluye desayuno continental y está muy cerca de la zona del old town Temecula . Si regresara a este destino definitivamente buscaría hospedarme de nuevo aquí .

My wife and I came to Temecula for a weekend getaway and were very disappointed with this hotel. It's obvious that they don't maintain the property. The TV in our room had a large green line in the middle that went from the bottom to the top of the TV. Maintenance came but they didn't have any back up TV's. When I talked to the staff, I was told that they hadn't even had a maintenance person for something like 9 months until just a few days before we arrived, and that they didn't have any of the supplies needed for basic repairs. I asked the staff if they'd replace the TV now that they know it's going bad, and they said probably not, they don't fix things here. The couch in our room was so disgusting we didn't sit in it. The cushions were pretty flat, and it had tears and stains. We went down to the pool but the bottom of the pool and jacuzzi looked dirty and so we didn't go in. I will say that the bed was comfortable and they had a good breakfast, but I do not recommend this hotel since they aren't keeping up with the hotels maintenance needs.

Great resort and winery. Stayed here with a friend for a birthday and the amenities included a free wine tasting experience. I wasn't expecting the free tasting so it was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very nice and courteous, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We also booked massages at the spa, and everyone there was very professional, and we had a very relaxing time. Wine tasting was great and learned a lot from the staff and other guests. Wish we could have spent more days at South Coast Winery!

We booked 3 nights here while visiting family in the area. Our flight from the Midwest was delayed; I called to inform them ahead of time, but when we arrived we had been marked as a no show in the system. It took a good 20 minutes to check us back in at 2 am. The next day our room was not refreshed or cleaned. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone right away. A service person came and basically handed us towels and a handful of coffees and teas and was extremely rude when I asked if the room was going to be cleaned, “I’m not housekeeping.” He told me that the housekeeping staff was basically “lazy” and that was why the room had not been cleaned and was argumentative when I said we had not put out the do not disturb sign. I also had questions about my bill and was told that the manager was coming in at 9 and would clear up any questions I had. When I came back at 9:15 I was told she was in a meeting and couldn’t see me, to come back in the morning. The young man at the front desk was very polite but didn’t appear to be able to answer questions about charges on my credit card. We are very dissatisfied with our stay and would not stay here again.
