Valoraciones de Armas Kaplan Paradise

El hotel no está ubicado en la playa, a 7 minutos a pie de la playa. El coche corre hacia la playa. La zona es verde y acogedora. 2 edificios. Tenga en cuenta que hay habitaciones sin balcón. La comida es buena, con mucha variedad. La verdadera fruta no es muy. Ni sandía ni melón se dieron en otoño. Se sirve helado durante el almuerzo y la cena. Pero en un restaurante con una gran cantidad de personas, hay colas y es difícil encontrar una mesa libre. Se proporcionan toallas, hay muchas tumbonas en la playa. Hay pocos colchones. Hay un bar en la playa, desde bebidas, la elección es pequeña, desde comida, nuggets, hamburguesas, papas fritas. Todo. Buen hotel, opción económica. Pero el hotel de playa Armas de la misma cadena en Kemer por el mismo precio es mejor.

Отличный отель за свои деньги. Голодными точно не останетесь. Чистые номера, вылизанная, зелёная территория. До пляжа - либо на трансфере (2 мин.), либо пешком по зелёной дороге, окружённой соснами (5 минут). Немного не ухоженный пляж, но лежаков хватало всем. Море чистейшее.

Armas kaplanda 3 günümüz ve malesef rica etmemize rağmen oda temizliği ,çarşaf değişikliği olmadı.ilk giriş yaptığımız gün giriş saati 2 olmasına rağmen 2 30 da oteldeydik ve odamız hazır değildi. Beklememizi rica ettiler bi yarım saat sonrasında oda girişimiz oldu ve sehpaların üzeri tozluydu. Üstüne sabahında büyük bir örümcekle karşılaştık. Malesef ... ayrıca havuz hijyeni hiç yok deniz ayakkabısı giyip bahçede dolaşıp havuza aynı ayakkabı ile girebiliyorlar ... çalışanlar iyi fakat her yerde kuyruk var...animasyon ekibi iyi.yemek çeşit çok fakat lezzet ehh....en önemlisi şikayetimizi dile getirecek halkla ilişkiler sorumlusu hep yerinde yoktu nedense.. gelmeden önce düşünün...

Her seyden once resepsiyondan restoranda , restortan ANIMASYON ekibine her sey harikaydi her aksam kirmizi et tavuk et . Sinek bar sabah 10:00 aksam 04:00. Piza kumpir, tavuk, doner , et doner. Armas garden otele rezervasyon yaptırmıştık sonra oranın kapalı olduğunu öğrendik ve bize armas kaplan paradise oteline geçebileceğimizi söylediler başta tereddütlü olsakta gelince tüm tereddütlerimizi unuttuk ve biz gerçekten çok eğlendik şuan hala oteldeyiz animasyon gösterileri harika yemekleri çok bol her çeşit yemek var çocuk için 3 kaydıraklı havuz mevcut ve büyük havuzuda gayet güzel aklınıza ne geliyorsa burda herşey mevcut şuana kadar olumsuz bir durum yaşamadık şimdiden bütün emekleri için tüm çalışanlara teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum

Very nice entetrainment stuff. So cool and so fun. Such a great events. There is a person whos name is evren whitch is so so so wanderful. Sea side and other things are so good Bar men are so polite. Every thing was good and perfect. Stuff was so kind and polite

Fabulous personnel, specially animation Team and Barmen such as Sercan, Yunus, Evren, Süleyman, Umut, Onur, Zeki, Samet, Ayhan. Great drinks and cocktails, friendly staff, big and nice pool, easy beach access, exciting aqua park inside.

The hotel is very good. The food is good. The attitude of the staff is excellent. Friendly staff. Specialy Sercan abi in animation team, alongside Yunus, Evren. Great Barmen such as Zeki, Suleyman, Onur, Umut, Samet. Easy access to Pharmacy.

Our holiday was fine, but could not rate this hotel as a 5 star. Pro's: - the area is all green, full of plants and trees, it is a pleasure to walk in the gardens - this area with hammacs and benchs where you can relax and drink some coffee - the main pool is vey big, some slides for children at another pool although smaller - clean rooms and hotel in general, the cleaning staff was helpfull although really matinal and noisy sometimes - bus shuttle to the beach (from 9 to 17). Beach was 5-10 min walk by foot - kind personnel Con's: - very few english speaking personnel. Mainly russian speaking personnel and guests - we were checked-in a family room in the old building, the room wasn't really big and the furniture and building looked dated. The ventilation in our bathroom din not work. They did not tried to repair it, but offered us another room on our second demand. However the room was really quiet, we didn't hear noise from the shows - food was good but average. We did appreciate the omelet and pancakes in the morning and the lamb. - the shows for the kids and adults are in russian. We only participated on 2 nights as we could not understand anything - they do have a lot of sun beds, however it is very difficult to find a place in the morning. Many guests just come and,, reserve " their seats with towels early in the morning(at the beach and pool equally) and never come. HUGE NO!!! We even left one day from the beach as we could not find a place at shade.

I would probably rate this 3-stars based on the areas where this resort falls unnecessarily short, but the overall food quality and the attitude of the staff members merits another star. For the positives, as many reviewers have stated, the atmosphere, set among about a billion older trees (they're even numbered), is relaxing. The 5+ minute walk to the beach is nice, with the road and sidewalk actually built around many of the old trees. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food selection is good, and the preparation is definitely above average. The Tchibo coffee bar in the middle of the park was very nice. The negatives were disappointing and generally unnecessary. We were initially shown a room (M-6) with two single beds. When we initially asked for a room with a full size bed, we were told that the beds could be pushed together. On our second request, we were moved to room M-16, which was better. Better, but old (the main building is old and feels old). I have read that the 'annex' building is newer - it looks it on the outside. Our room was conveniently located, a short walk down one flight of stairs to the lobby bar and main restaurant - down two flights to the spa. A couple disappointments: the bathroom door didn't latch. The drinks in the fridge/minibar were never replenished. While the shower wasn't bad, the shower head had some issues, and the hot water temperature fluctuated. The evening 'entertainment' was well below average. "Live music" on Sunday consisted of a single singer basically doing Karaoke. He wasn't bad, but it was below the quality of other resorts Other nights, including their "Miss Armas" competition we're pretty forgettable. Bottled mineral water was not carried. They ran out of things (like ayran) at thr bars. The beach bar and snack bar seemed like hastily assembled substitutes (when compared with other resorts). The beach was rocky whereas that on the adjacent Nural resort (admittedly more expensive) was largely cleared of rocks and sandy. The "beer house" near the Tchibo coffee bar was never open - apparently closed for the season. The sheet we were provided with times said "ultra all inclusive". We have been to both all inclusive and ultra all inclusive. This was definitely not ultra. Sorry for the long list. We gave this 4 stars because of the positives. The disappointments are submitted for management review and for future guests to set their expectations. We are happy that we went - it was a relaxing five days - but we are unlikely to return.
