Arrived in hotel at about 1am Dhaka time, to realise that my room didnt have electricity, hotel made arrangement for me to stay at another hotel at 1 am!
Was drained and tired, hotel claim that they couldn't contact me as I'm using my foreign number. Howevery they could have forseen this and emailed me or try other means to reach out to me.
Room was clean and decent, the dining area seems to be infested with mosquito at night.
Had issue with payment, apparently the staff wasnt charging me properly, i had to pay extra for my driver to pay outstanding for me.

This is my second time here and my stay has always been lovely. The staff have always been attentive and caring. The food is great! The hotel is also located near other shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this place and I look forward to my next visit. 🤗

The staff was extremely accommodating and the hotel’s restaurant was delicious - and most importantly fast in making the desired dishes as most places like taking their time. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible!

This hotel was an absolute disaster. My stay was plagued by constant construction noise, making even a decent night's sleep impossible. To add insult to injury, the renovations meant I had no access to cold water! No cool down after a hot day, and forget about a refreshing shower – only scalding hot water available. For the price I paid, there are significantly better options in Dhaka. The location wasn't great either, and while the staff themselves were friendly, it seems the problem lies with the hotel management. They should be prioritizing guest comfort, not construction projects during peak season. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are plenty of hotels in Dhaka that will offer a relaxing and enjoyable stay, with both hot AND cold water, for a much better price.

Lakeshore Banani exceeded all expectations. From elegant accommodations to impeccable service, every moment was magical. The dining experience was superb, and leisure facilities top-notch. Highly recommended for travelers seeking luxury in Banani.

The serving and ambience was really great. Made my date very romantic and sweet. The food and lighting really made the mood for us. Highly recommend for a date or small gathering. Have a fun night out and take your time tasting all their dishes, desserts were especially nice. Real value for money
