Pros: Clean & comfortable; handicap-accessible shower; surprisingly strong Wi-Fi; easy access to Spellbound & Waitomo Caves. Cons: Near a main road, so you'll hear every heavy vehicle rumble through (and, in my case, the neighbors setting off fireworks); cold shower; and my smoke alarm was missing?!

I would like to thank Mike n Theresa for their friendly service I recieved while I stayed at their motel. The room was super clean and the bathroom was just as clean, the only thing I would suggest is if the shower could be a little bigger it was a very tight squeeze trying to get in with the door being so small, other wise I throughly enjoyed my stay

Great one night stop over as we headed south. Very well set up family unit, super clean & tidy with everything we needed. It was a hot evening, so the fan was a bonus! Very friendly and helpful hosts. Thank you
