We reserved a junior suite for one night. The room was large, clean and well equipped. However, the shower in the bathroom was defective and, despite boasting about their TV offering, the BBC World channel did not work (nor any other English language channel) which given current events in the UK was very unfortunate. I immediately brought these issues to the attention of the front desk whose response left a great deal to be desired. 5 months before our visit I reserved a table for 2 for dinner in the restaurant. Despite the long notice period we were not seated in the cosy restaurant but in what appeared to be an ancillary room intended for coach parties. We asked to be reseated but this was rejected. The food at both dinner and breakfast was very good indeed.

Von der Reservierung bis hin zur Ankunft, hinweg über den Aufenthalt war alles super. Nett und freundlicher Kontakt. Schönes großes Zimmer! Zwar war wegen Corona alles geschlossen und ich war der einzige Gast in diesem Riesigen Komplex, hab mich aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Würde auf jden Fall wieder dort übernachten.
