Great location (city center).
Love the design of the hotel. Nice relaxing space, big shared kitchen, green and open.
There is a laundry area (to be paid for the wash machine and dryer).
The staff is very friendly. Specially the girl at the reception when I checked out, could change my non-used voucher for a souvenir from the hotel (bag). The best hotel (price and quality) during my 9 days trip through Taiwan (Taipei, Hualien, Taitung, Kaohsiung, Tainan).

LLiEl hotel es limpio, está bien situado, hay mucho que comer fuera, no está lejos de caminar. Sólo el aislamiento de sonido no es muy bueno.
Cada piso tiene una máquina de beber agua y agua helada para beber! ¡En Taiwán realmente necesitan (añadir)!! El agua es buena para beber.
Los coches de pie gratis pueden prestarse, son muy convenientes para las personas sin vehículos de transporte, ahorrar dinero y ahorrar fuerza, viajar al mar o ver el paisaje por todas partes.
Propongo que se revise periódicamente el coche de pie, especialmente en las partes de la cadena y la piel de coche, y que la situación de la reproducción y la pérdida que le presté es algo grave, y que sería mejor que se revise la seguridad cuando se montara.

TTSZTSZTSZEn primer lugar, todos los camaradas del hotel son muy amables y muy buenos. Una vez que el almuerzo da muchas recomendaciones útiles sobre la dieta y el turismo. También nos preocupará que no seamos habituales al desayuno.
Cuando se va, también hay ayuda para llamar al taxi a la estación de Taïdong, sabemos que estamos apresurados, tememos que no podamos llegar, nos ayudó mucho y nos dio algunos consejos para ir y caminar allí si no podemos.
Me preocuparía que los hoteles se encuentren bien antes de quedarme. Me siento bien después de quedarme. La habitación es mayor que lo esperado. La luz es mejor que la imaginación (me preocupa más la luz amarilla), lo que hace sentir que la gente está muy caliente y tranquila.
La ubicación es buena. La parte inferior es Guangdong, todo lo que quieres comprar. Caminar a cerca de 10 minutos a la tienda de noche de turismo y a la conexión completa, y continuar a la tienda de noche a cerca de 5 minutos a la aldea de Ferro.
Desgraciadamente, olvide tomar fotos en la habitación del hotel, sólo me quedan fotos que tengo que hacer, así que no lo haré. En resumen, ¡mejor que imaginar!
La familia goza especialmente de la gentil sensación de los empleados del hotel y del desayuno, el Taiwán Hotel es una opción!

UUsuario invitadoOur stay at this hotel was a mixed experience, and overall, I wouldn't consider it worth the cost.
The hotel itself is old, and the facilities feel very dated. While it boasts a large swimming pool and spa areas, they were unusable during our stay as they were running with cold water. We didn’t see anyone using them. The “beauty pool,” which was advertised as having heated water, was disappointing due to a strong sewer-like smell. Additionally, the sauna is not complimentary for hotel guests, which felt unreasonable.
The dining experience was also underwhelming. The à la carte food in the restaurant was below average in quality, the portions were small, and the prices were high. However, the atmosphere was pleasant, though it felt odd being the only customers at 8 p.m. On a brighter note, the breakfast was excellent. I would rate it four stars for its variety of local and aboriginal food, which was a highlight of the stay.
The timing of activities for kids was inconvenient as well. While kids could play pool and ping pong for free in the evening (after we arrived at 7 p.m.), all other activities were scheduled for late morning or early afternoon, after checkout time.
The hotel’s location is another drawback. It is far from restaurants and busy areas, making it necessary to have a car or take a taxi.
The one positive aspect of our stay was the room. We booked the premium family room/suite, which provided separate sleeping areas for parents and kids—a feature we appreciated. However, this came at a premium price, costing 25% more. I had requested a room with a view, and the front desk clerk was accommodating, which I appreciated.
Overall, while the room and breakfast were nice, the rest of the experience didn’t justify the cost or the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to the facilities and services.

La habitación es cálida, limpia y el aire acondicionado es muy fuerte. ¡La próxima vez que venga a Taitung, definitivamente querré volver y quedarme! Hay un estacionamiento y se puede estacionar prácticamente en cualquier lugar. Hay bocadillos, té y voleibol de bádminton en el área pública (¡también hay una cancha de bádminton en el jardín!). ¡Es muy conveniente! ♡♡♡ ¡El valor CP es muy alto! ! !

En particular, debemos felicitar al ascensor del hotel por su nuevo y rápido, no necesitamos esperar demasiado tiempo cada vez que nos sentamos. Esta vez vivimos en el 810 estrellas VIP. Aunque el cuarto es un poco viejo, pero se mantiene muy bien, el desayuno es muy fresco, Abundante es muy sincero. Hay un sacerdote, una pobre, una bolsa de comida y una variedad de bebidas en una tarde de 24 horas gratis. Hay un coche de pie gratuito que puede alquilarse gratis. También está muy cerca del parque forestal de Taiwán y del parque del tsunami y de la ciudad, Y lo más importante es que la habitación aquí tiene un hermoso paisaje. La próxima vez que vaya a Taiwán, pensará en vivir aquí ~

Due to ongoing construction in the neighboring building, some noise may be audible. The electric mirror in the bathroom is impressive as it remains warm and prevents water condensation. However, the bathroom fan is a bit noisy, and the hair dryer produces a strong gust of wind. Additionally, the internet password in the room is not easily discernible.

TtwinkleracI had a pleasant stay at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel 4 years ago, so thought I'd try Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II this time, as they are located near to each other, very close to the bus station and Tiehua Village. This is a great location to explore the city. However, other than the superb location and the bigger room, there isn't much else to love about this hotel.
There was literally no service at this branch. Staff were not welcoming and unlike other hotels in Taiwan, they do not greet guests when you are at the lobby. I also never saw any of them smile at guests. In fact, on my first day of check-in, I was blatantly told to check in at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel instead, because ”the hotel is closed for the day”. When I asked how come I was not informed earlier, the staff answered ”because you don't have a Taiwan mobile number”. This is absurd to me, isn't there the Trip.com messaging service where you can contact guests? Very disappointed with the way they handle such cases, no apology at all, and just gives a very transactional feeling. The only time I encountered a staff who greeted me was at the breakfast restaurant.
Room amenities and facilities look like they need proper maintenance, and the windows were so dirty. The bed was also not very comfortable to sleep on.
Lastly, I know Taiwan hotel breakfasts are usually not so nice compared to eating out in the breakfast shops, but the quality of the breakfast was really bad. Seasonal fresh fruit selection was only watermelon on 1 morning, and guava + watermelon on another.
In conclusion, very disappointed with my stay here this time. Will definitely think twice about returning to Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II the next time I visit Taitung again.
