The room was alright, but there was a fair amount of mold throughout the room. Also, make sure to pay attention to whether or not there is a window in room when booking!

12/22日下午⋯寒流侵襲，原本打算訂西門町的膠囊旅館，但考慮自身的便利，也不想在寒流中奔走⋯遂訂下了Trp.com的一晚5、6千元台大館承攜行旅的豪華雙人房，沒想到竟是惡夢的開始⋯⋯房間算整潔乾淨有熱水⋯但，電視不能看，空調不能調⋯請樓下的小姐幫我調溫度，她說要調到30度，因爲很冷，讓它慢慢升溫⋯電視機小姐也不會調，又請來另一位女同事幫忙⋯結果電視有了，但我不想看，ㄧ關又沒了。在房間冷到受不了，ㄧ看溫度竟然是13度，比剛剛請小姐來調的溫度還低⋯花了5千多元還要在房間穿著皮衣冷到睡不著，我隔天可是要手術耶⋯電視沒的看就算了，但我快凍死了⋯再打電話給服務中心約11:10打的電話，我等到11:30分，服務小哥也調不好，調好又跳掉⋯後來服務人員建議我乾脆關了空調⋯（我的天啊‼️）這是價值5、6千元的房型嗎？我不如去住大飯店⋯⋯服務小哥態度很好，ㄧ直跟我鞠恭對不起⋯請他幫我換房間又都全滿了，他也正在處理另一個房間的電視機問題。還好他在12:00時，送了一條毯子，讓我比較能溫暖的入眠⋯感謝服務小哥⋯我覺得承攜行旅的空調和電視機設備是有問題的⋯不能把所有問題都丟給一線的服務人員，背後的資方只想收錢，讓人感到悲哀！不再推薦朋友去了，尤其是在寒冷的冬天！

房間小但與其他飯店房間設施一樣，傢俱稍嫌老舊可加強清潔沙發椅，在台北精華區算cp值不錯。

The room ventilation was not functioning properly and has a strong mould smell. No kettle in room. Old furnishing.

Self check in system was not properly functioned, first ******* reservation number was not available, has to talk to people on phone to get different number, and the credit card machine was unable to work, has to sent another link to my mobile phone to use credit card. The room is small and no window. I will not recommend this hotel to others. The location is convenient, that is the only good thing.

The property can be considered approximately as a pricey three star hotel. The beds seem to be clean but the bathroom is not. Small bugs are visible. To check in or out can be troublesome for non-regional visitors. No coffee or breakfast is available in this facility.
