Wonderful place and well looking after by staffs. Also the restaurant downstairs food in very high standard ，so convenient to the 5am flight, highly recommended spend time with family at the restaurant and drink at the Cloud 9 bar👍👍👍👍👍

Upon arrival the room smelled like stale cigarettes and stagnant water which was extremely unpleasant. I had to prop the door open with my suitcase to get fresh air in with the window open. I ended up going to the supermarket to buy carpet deodoriser and air freshener to get the smell out. I could still smell it when I left after 2 days. When I went to get into bed it was very obvious the bed had been slept in and the pillowcase had not been changed. I had to strip the bed and make it with what was left over with the sheet that goes over the doona. I know it was NYE and paid over $600 a night for the room, but wasn’t expecting the room to not smell ok and have fresh linen.

We booked this hotel for a short stay of 2 days and 1 night before sending our mom to the airport for her flight back to Malaysia, and then continued our journey to other cities for sightseeing. The location is very convenient, with a 7-Eleven, Woolworths, and the train station all within easy walking distance. Cleanliness was excellent throughout our stay—the room, common areas, and walkways were all spotless, well maintained, and very pleasant. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended.

El hotel ofrece un buen servicio en recepción cuando me registré antes de las 2 pm. El personal amable mejoró mi habitación con una cama King en el piso superior. La habitación está limpia y la cama es súper bonita y cómoda. La ubicación está cerca de China Town y de ICC. Altamente recomendado para todos.

Lo mas importante: Si estas ok con dormir post 23.00 es ideal este hotel: Hay un after office en frente hasta 23:00 de lunes a viernes y se escucha la fiesta. Si planeas dormir temprano lleva tapones o no vayas!! Ubicación me parece de 10, conexiones caminando o con transporte a todos los puntos de intereses. Estar a pasos de la bahía del puente y la opera es lo mejor!! Linda habitación, Premium queen piso 13. Nos toco en esquina con una vista lejana pero bonita del puente. De tamaño: No me pareció pequeña como leí en otros comentarios. Era cómoda y funcional. Nosotros igual viajamos livianos con 2 carry on y un bolso. Buen desayuno. Completo! Atención: Gym no esta en el hotel, asi que no fuimos por que no nos pareció cómodo tener que salir e ir a un gym fuera del hotel. Pro: si pones el cartel especial - que nadia en recepción lo menciona al llegar / pero yo lo leí en comentarios de trip - te descuentan por día 10 AU$ Asi que un día desayunamos gratis con este beneficio, ya que no lo teníamos incluido. Cafe y te en habitación es de cortesía / todo lo demás se paga, pero teniendo un mercadito abajo es muy cómodo guardar lo que quieras comprar.

We stayed in the Rydges World Square family room for three nights and had a very comfortable experience. The two-bedroom layout was spacious, clean, though sharing a single bathroom among four adult was a minor inconvenience. A thoughtful gesture from the hotel made our stay even more special—they surprised my son with chocolate treats and a birthday card upon check-in, which we truly appreciated. The location is excellent, close to many attractions, and the convenience of having a shopping mall right downstairs with restaurants and a supermarket added to the ease of our stay. Overall, it was a delightful and comfortable experience.

Poor service, poor attitudes, poor food, and a tired old hotel that probably needs to be revamped and get rid of their staff. Don’t waste your time.

I really enjoyed my stay at Rydges North Sydney. The rooms are very spacious, which made the experience comfortable and relaxing. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. One area that could be improved is cleanliness. While the space and location are wonderful, more attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness would make the stay even better.Overall, a pleasant experience and I look forward to seeing improvements on my next visit.

Shouldn't ask too much for services, value for money ! Hotel is clean but no cleaning on Sunday !!!!! It's far from city centre, however it's OK with us by renting a car, the hotel provide free parking, so it is beneficial to customer.
