I liked the hotel's location; it's a 6-8 minute drive from the airport. I arrived at the hotel in the evening at 6:00 PM, and there are practically no shops near the hotel and very few restaurants (2-3), and they are limited in choice and expensive. I didn't like that there was no kettle or bottled water in the room. On the day of arrival, the temperature outside dropped to +2 degrees Celsius, and the thin blanket was completely unsuitable for a comfortable sleep, although the room was kept warm by the air conditioner. The mattress was too soft for me, as I'm used to a firm bed. On the positive side, I would note the spaciousness, the presence of a mini washing machine, and the good supply of kitchen utensils and appliances. The hotel is more suitable for a family's extended stay of two or more days; for a solo traveler staying for only one night, I wouldn't recommend it for practical reasons.

We love that staff at this hotel. We have stayed for three visits when traveling in and out of Dallas Airport. The shuttle bus is punctual and efficient. Everyone that works there is great!

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was right off the interstate and easy to find. The lobby to this hotel was simply gorgeous and I loved entering it. It made us feel as if we were staying in Las Vegas or Dubai with the tall ceilings and fine decor. Our room was spacious and the air was cold just like we like it. Bedding and bathroom were clean and we slept like a dream! Make sure to be aware of shower and how to operate it before getting in. And look out for the soap dish in shower if you are one of those people who bend down and close your eyes in shower a lot. My significant other got a rather untimely gash because didn’t notice it. Other than that, loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Good overall, the hotel offers shuttle bus (pick up and drop off) service but you have to call to reserve it. Cleanness is good but could be better. Breakfast is small and decent and only opens in 7am, you are going to miss it if you have an early flight. The room is very big. So it's a good choice if you are looking for a hotel for a long layover at Dallas Airport.

I wanted to share my experience of staying at a hotel near DFW airport. The location of the hotel was fair, with a very limited choice of restaurants and shops nearby. However, it was very close to the airport, with only around a 10 minute drive by Uber at a cost of around USD 15. The reception welcome was very good, and the bar and lounge service was also nice. I was upgraded to a corner room, which was spacious and clean. However, the control of the shower was a bit worn and it was hard to accurately control the flow of hot water. Overall, the hotel was a good choice for staying in the DFW area. Despite the limited nearby amenities, the proximity to the airport and the quality of the hotel's service made it a pleasant stay. Al llegar, revisé la habitación y encontré la bañera muy sucia. Por lo tanto, solicité un cambio de habitación en recepción, y accedieron de inmediato y me asignaron otra habitación. Al llegar al aeropuerto, llamé al hotel y vinieron a recogerme. Además, cuando fui al aeropuerto, a pesar de ser temprano por la mañana (a las 5 AM), me proporcionaron transporte. La presión del agua de la ducha y la potencia del secador eran buenas, lo que hizo que mi estancia fuera muy cómoda. Los artículos de aseo solo incluían champú, acondicionador, jabón y crema corporal; no había cepillos de dientes ni peines. Había un microondas, así que pude calentar las galletas que me dieron al registrarme y disfrutarlas. Había un Denny's cerca, donde pude cenar.

Este era un lugar muy limpio y el desayuno era bueno Yo recomendaría a cualquiera que se quede aquí si usted alguna vez en la ciudad necesita un lugar agradable, bastante, tranquilo para quedarse mientras está en la ciudad
