Community engagement expérience just nearby and this location was perfect as it was dust 3 minutes away to the event center.

El hotel era muy conveniente para I 95, y fácil de acceder. Una amplia selección de restaurantes muy cerca del hotel. El desayuno era muy bueno, y los empleados son útiles y amables. La limpieza no es lo que esperamos, especialmente saliendo de una pandemia. El hotel no tiene ni unas habitaciones limpias, la telefónica y el teléfono están bien situados.

Assistant manager was very friendly and the 2-room suite was comfortable and provided privacy among family with 3 TVs and 2 bathrooms 😇

Landscaping was very well maintained.  Front doors an windows were clean…off to a great start.  Room was clean, nicely setup.  It was freezing in there…AC was on 68*.  That was overkill.  Set to comfortable temp for us. Bed was comfy and clean. No funky smells in room.  Desk clerk signing in was very nice and helpful.   Leaving next morning clerk wad also very sweet and friendly.  Breakfast wasn’t ready at 6 a.m. so can’t say much about food.

Staff was polite and checkin / out was seamless. The breakfast was very good, great selections and flavor was so very good. Everything was kept topped off.

Average stay with some areas that need improvement Overall, my stay was okay, but there were several areas that could be improved. The room was not as clean as I expected. I found dust on the floor and on the bedding, and there was also a strand of hair on the blanket. The bathroom, however, was clean, and all the necessary amenities were provided. The hot water also worked well. The staff seemed somewhat confused and not very organized during my stay, which made the service feel less professional. The breakfast was acceptable, but there was nothing particularly special or memorable about it. One thing that made me feel uncomfortable was the parking situation. There was a sign stating “Parking at your own risk,” which made me concerned about the safety of my vehicle while staying at the hotel. Overall, the hotel has some positives, especially the clean bathroom and basic amenities, but cleanliness, staff service, and parking security could definitely be improved.

Esta fue la segunda vez que nos quedamos aquí. Los plugs eléctricos en el escritorio no funcionaron, la habitación era buena. El baño tenía algunas cuestiones. No hay cortina de ducha así tuvo que ir al escritorio delantero para conseguir uno. Ella se ofreció a venir y instalar, pero fue fácil, así que lo hice. La ducha era sucia. La tela a unos dos pies del piso tenía molde y espuma por todas partes. El sock eléctrico por el pañuelo (utilizado para secar el pelo) no estaba atado a la pared (perjuicio de seguridad). La habitación (1° piso) se apoyó en la cocina. En 3:30AM la tripulación de cocina comenzó y eso fue el último minuto que dormimos. La tripulación era ruidosa, equipo de aplauso, voces altas, etc. La habitación no debería ser usada, excepto para el almacenamiento. La próxima vez que lo solicite, pediré una habitación en el segundo piso, no cerca de la cocina.
