The lady at check in was so nice and helpful! The hotel itself is another story. Wyndham hotels has always been a great well known name in hotels. That is why I chose this hotel. I was 100% disappointed in the room and the hotel itself! Nasty!! From the elevator to our room!! Nasty! I will not do that mistake again! Look closely at all pics! I was sooo disappointed! We slept on top of the bed spread because of how nasty it looked! We were so tired or tire otherwise would have driven back home! The furniture was so ragged and dirty and the air conditioner was barely working and the cigarette butt holder was right in front of our door so that is where everyone came to smoke and of course when we open the door the smoke came right in the room! The hotel was dirty and the floors and the carpet in the elevator and I could go on and on but it was that bad! The hair dryer had lipstick that looked like had melted on it and the only clean thing was the shower and it was new. We also had to ask for a remote to the tv.
The people who worked up front were awesome and we totally appreciated that!!! Please take and invest in upgrading and cleaning this place up!!

Great location friendly staff, plenty dining options and shopping close by and easy access to I95. Enjoyed my stay I'll definitely be back ❤️

Booked by accident without checking twice if it’s hotel or motel no issues with service but to stay with family it feels scary and noisy

It was ok. Did feel strange. Beds not comfortable. Customer service was bad. They made me leave a $100 deposit cash with no receipt. I have never of had to do this made me feel strange. I did get it back upon check out.

New renovated with cheap quality, floor are new but sticky and dirty. They need to wipe the floor. Give you 4 set of clean towels very nice. Mattress are older, sinking in the middle but clean. Serve full breakfast which I didn't expect. Overall good price for overnight clean hotel. Nice staffs

It was very convenient and there were plenty of shopping and dining options and also it was right off the interstate. I was very pleased with the check in process and the staff was very friendly and very polite and very knowledgeable. Overall I was very satisfied.
