No behavior that is an unreasonable nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to other occupants will be tolerated.Rule #2 Basket Carts and Hand Trucks (which are convertible to flat dolly) are provided for your convenience. Immediately after use, please return the carts/hand trucks to their original place next to the elevator in the lobby so that they will be available to other renters and unit owners.Rule #3 Bikes may not be parked in the hallways but must be parked in outside bike racks or in condominium units.Rule #4 No items shall be thrown from balconies. Due to falling risk, no items shall be hung or laid on balcony rails. Rule #5 Each condominium is permitted to use no more than two parking spaces during peak season (from May 1 to Sept 30). Each vehicle must fit in a single parking space. Jet ski trailers, boat trailers, etc. must fit within a single parking space and be included within the two-space maximum per condominium. All spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Only non-commercial vehicles are permitted to park overnight.Rule #6 Smoking within common areas inside of the building is prohibited.  If smoking outside the building, you must provide your own ashtrays or other appropriate means of disposing of cigarette butts.Rule #7 Under no circumstance should trash be left outside of unit door; make sure all trash is bagged, tied, and placed inside the dumpster. Posted trash rules must be followed.Rule #8 Posted Beach rules must be followed. For your safety: *No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk - beware of strong undertow. *Do not climb or jump on pier or break walls. *No glass of any kind allowed in the beach area. Plastic containers or cans only. *The lake is dangerous and can be lethal - please respect it.Please respect our investment and be considerate of others: *Wash all sand from yourself, and children and beach toys at the beach wash station.*Clean up trash when leaving beach. *Do not leave beach chairs in water. Return them to beach near south rocks.*Respect our neighborhood property. LEV property line ends at rocks on both sides.Rule #9 Posted Pool Rules must be followed.For your safety:  *No lifeguard on duty swim at own risk.*No unsupervised swimming.*No diving. Diving may result in permanent injury or death.*No running, jumping, dunking or horseplay in or around the pool *No glass in pool area.*Tight fitting rubber pants over diapers or swim diapers are required on persons using the pool who are incontinent and/or not toilet trained.Rule #10 HOA provided grills and fire pits cannot be moved from the designated locations. Fires must be extinguished after use. HOA provided grills must be wiped down after use.
