Another wonderful stay at the 5-star ABC Hotel. This is my second time staying here. The staff is always nice and friendly. The room, amenities, and the food are great. The location is great as it's on Fields Avenue with Jolibee and night life down the street. Rio was my Bellhop in 2024 and this time in 2026. 😎

El hotel está situado en el centro de Atenas, y dispone de una gran piscina y el personal es fantástico y siempre útil. El 2o día nos mudamos a una piscina y mientras estuvimos fuera de la habitación, el personal incluso nos mudamos nuestras maletas a la nueva habitación. La comida es grande con una gran selección para elegir desde el menú. Nos vamos a volver.

Very enjoyable stay overall. The first night wasn't as good though because they gave me a room on the 3rd floor which had a few ants the next morning, so I requested a room change and they gave me a room on the 6th floor which was much better. Housekeeping was good since they clean all the dishes but they don't provide hand towels, only provide packets of bath gel and shampoo and small cheap hotel bar soap which I didn't use. Also, the hot water was only lukewarm the whole time and they didn't have a second trash can after I changed rooms which is strange. Additionally, I had to request trash bags since it seems pretty gross without them. If they fixed these small issues, the hotel stay would be nearly flawless. The gym was top notch. One other thing, check-in was a hassle since they make you sign this waiver saying you won't break or lose any little item in the room like the 8 picture frames and 2 ornaments on the walls and tables, the chairs and tables themselves, and anything and everything in the room. So I had to check every item was there myself before signing the form.

Hotel is good. Near everywhere. Just walking distance. Pool is little but it’s not crowded so it’s fine. The accommodation is clean and aesthetic . Food is also good and the staff are very approaching. I hope they will maintain it. Overall, i am satisfied.

You can't beat the staff friendliness and service. The hotel is just off the main road, and is very comfortable. The facilities are very nice. The pool is so relaxing to just sit outside and have a coffee. Will return at a later date.

Me ayudaron incluso a conseguir un taxi al aeropuerto para reunirme fuera de la puerta. I had an amazing experience with SureStay Studio by Best Western Clarkview. I was looking for a special place where I could treat my wife and 3y/o son for Valentine’s Day. I’m currently working abroad, so I wanted to make the celebration extra meaningful even if I couldn’t be there with them. I messaged the property two weeks in advance with a special request a bouquet of flowers for my wife and Kinder Joy chocolates for my son. I knew this was beyond their usual scope, but they gladly assisted me. I sent the funds via GCash, and they took care of everything. I also requested if they could print a personal letter for my wife. I forwarded my message to them, and without hesitation, they printed it beautifully and included it in the bouquet of flowers. That extra effort truly meant so much to me. I would also like to mention that the bouquet in the photo (price list probably from their partner) they initially sent didn’t look very impressive but in actual, it was beautifully arranged and looked classy and expensive. My wife was really impressed! 😁 What truly touched my heart was that they went above and beyond my request. They prepared the room with a romantic setup, complete with petals and candles something I didn’t even expect. My wife was so amazed and happy. When they arrived, they were greeted warmly and with genuine excitement by the staff. The team was very responsive and accommodating from the beginning until the day of the surprise. Their effort, sincerity, and attention to detail made this celebration unforgettable for my family. The place itself is cozy, clean, and well equipped with a rice cooker, water heater, induction cooker, refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, dining area, and even an indoor pool for both adults and kids. I highly recommend this place not just for a comfortable stay, but especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. They truly care about their guests and make every effort to create beautiful memories. Thank you so much for helping me make my wife feel loved despite the distance. ❤️

This hotel has a great location. It is conveniently located near stores, restaurants, and bars.

Firstly, the room is clean, hot shower and air-conditioning works perfectly fine, rooftop deck is impressive . Breakfast is okay. I booked for 1 night just to see how I go with this hotel as it is my first time. . Safety deposit box is not working, towels are overused, no handowels, have to request for one, mini fridge bar is not working. I checked in late, after my flight , wanting to catch up on much needed sleep. Next morning around 715am housekeeping knocked, then rang the doorbell bell woke me up, saying their doing a ROOM CHECK and that's a PROTOCOL in El Vistra to do that which is totally INSANE. I checked out right after, then reception told me they're doing a ROOM CHECK to make sure everything is in order for me to get my deposit. What an experience!!

Service totally out is like the don't know what they gonna do... They kind of trouble in so many ways but they have atleast 4 reception in front but the way they did their Job kind of out for me. We have called the customer service for what bathroom matt they came too late we have to call atleast 2-3 for them to bring it..
