JJen Ng Chin YuI had a great stay at ABC Hotel in Clark. The room size is more than sufficient, providing a comfortable space to work and relax. Its location is very convenient—just minutes from Clark International Airport and right across from SM City Clark, making it easy to get around. The hotel’s facilities are also not bad, with access to multiple outdoor pools, a spa, and high‑speed WiFi that’s ideal for business travellers. The helpful staff and variety of dining options further enhanced the experience. Overall, a solid choice for both work and leisure.

LLuweezyanaLa ubicación es justo donde quería estar, justo en la esquina de Jolibee y The Walking Street. El personal era muy agradable y útil. El 7o piso bar con música, piscina y dardos era agradable. La única cosa que diría es que es un hotel de 4 🌟🌟🌟🌟, no esperaba que el champú y el jabón fueran sólo una mini botella cada uno. Le pedí más y lo trajeron, así que estoy agradecido y me di cuenta. El agua no era caliente, pero se mencionaron que en el paquete de bienvenida y podrían arreglarlo a su petición.

KKingsmenTodo el personal es super amable. Piscina y restaurante en la azotea. Muy buen servicio por parte de todo el personal de servicio. Buena ubicación. Hay un 7-11 cerca del hotel. El wifi dentro de la habitación no es tan bueno, lo cual es el inconveniente del hotel. Pero el wifi en la azotea era genial. Como podrían mejorar el wifi dentro de la habitación. Excelente comida servida. Debes probar su desayuno americano. Ja ja.

UUsuario invitadoNo hay problema. Microondas y teléfonos no funcionan. La trampa de grasa huele cada vez que usamos el bañón y el olor de la mancha llenará la habitación y necesitamos pulverizar o abrir la puerta. Nos quedamos 5 días, me di cuenta de que el personal que camina por la calle es bastante ruido cuando pasan.

UUsuario invitadoFirstly, the room is clean, hot shower and air-conditioning works perfectly fine, rooftop deck is impressive . Breakfast is okay. I booked for 1 night just to see how I go with this hotel as it is my first time. . Safety deposit box is not working, towels are overused, no handowels, have to request for one, mini fridge bar is not working. I checked in late, after my flight , wanting to catch up on much needed sleep. Next morning around 715am housekeeping knocked, then rang the doorbell bell woke me up, saying their doing a ROOM CHECK and that's a PROTOCOL in El Vistra to do that which is totally INSANE. I checked out right after, then reception told me they're doing a ROOM CHECK to make sure everything is in order for me to get my deposit. What an experience!!

UUsuario invitadoI chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed.
While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird.
The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work.
Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice.
But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.
