The Food and Services are both excellent. We order smoked duck breast, Rib eye steak and oysters at Fish Bar, Server is passionate, professional and friendly, especially Sila, she is helpful and kind. She even arranged other member of staff to sing a farewell song for us.

Disfruta de una estancia con personal de posición... sólo unos pocos lugares para mejorar En general, me disfruté de mi estancia en la Plaza Crowne, y el ambiente del resort fue divertido y relajado, y el equipo nos hizo sentir bienvenidos. En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de interés muy grande, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. El baño tenía pelo, y los cuernos y las cuerdas necesitaban más atención. El personal, por lo tanto, era amable, amable y responsable, y no dudaban en resolver los problemas una vez que los trajimos a su atención, que realmente aprecié. ¡Esa y Kelly, que nos hizo una explosión absoluta en el Club de la Playa de Azucar Urbana, y Esava y Jo de concierge nos aseguró que nos cuidamos bien! El resort también tenía actividades impresionantes planeadas durante las vacaciones de Navidad para todas las edades! A pesar de las pocas cuestiones, recomendaría quedarme aquí, especialmente para el gran servicio y la vibe de la viviente resort.

¡Qué excelente servicio al cliente! Reservé una habitación con cama king y, por error, me dieron una con dos camas individuales. El personal respondió rápidamente y me cambió a una habitación con vista al mar y cama king sin costo adicional. El desayuno fue espectacular. Disfruté cada segundo de mi estadía. Y un aplauso para el chico fiyiano de la entrada. Olvidé su nombre. Fue muy amable, ayudando a todos con sus maletas y mostrándoles sus habitaciones, y siempre tenía una sonrisa. Sin duda, volveré.

The staff were faultless!! However there were far too many mosquitoes to enjoy our stay- we had stayed in Nadi prior to this for the same amount of time and had 0 problems, same in one of the islands- no bites… here however we had over 20 between two of us from one night. Perhaps they could have repelling candles on the outdoor seating areas, and fly catchers elsewhere, but something needs to be done in this season! I found it overpriced for the experience, the food was average and not worth the cost, there was a cockroach and lizard in our room- I would say the roofs need looking at/ re sealing. The interconnecting rooms are NOT soundproof and you can hear everything from next door. We asked to move and were so with 0 hassle- again the staff were ALL absolutely amazing!!!

Its by the beachfront, great rooftop restaurant, spacious room. I had the suite and it had a balcony wjth a great sunset view. Housekeeping can be better, the bellboy ratu was very attentive though. All other staff okay. Slow elevator and theres only one. I would stay again for the restaurant and staff

I had booked the family apartment few weeks ago to attend my nephew’s engagement party 5 mins away at Bates cafe. Initially I loved the set up, space and first impression until night time when we returned from the party to sleep. The room that my mum was sleeping had bed bug on the duvet and we later on we could see blood stains on the bed sheet overhang. Mum had already got bitten by the bed bug and had allergic reaction for few days. Both mum and I are allergic to bed bugs and specially me. Therefore, I couldn’t risk sleeping on the bed. I had to move into the other room with another family. I was trying to reach the room service for some more bed sheets but couldn’t at that time of the night. While checking out I had speaking raised my concern and I was told by the checkout lady that they had fumigated just last week. That’s beside the point, we shouldn’t be paying to be bitten by bed bugs.

No major issues with the stay, and the staff were genuinely lovely and helpful. However, the hotel itself has clearly seen better days, and the aging infrastructure is starting to show. What was most disappointing is that the small details that usually make Mercure a reliable, universal brand were consistently letting us down. For example: Pillows were clean but desperately need replacing — one was purely decorative, and the other was so hard it could have doubled as a car jack. Door handle and its protective plate were loose. Broken light bulbs in both the corridor and the room. Towel rack barely hanging on. Fresh paint stains visible everywhere, including on furniture. Anti-slip mats in common areas (especially the breakfast area) were dirty. Hedges around the pool were untrimmed. Small rubbish and paper left around the pool garden and not cleaned up. Room service trays left in the corridor for over 12 hours. Arrival porch not properly cleaned. Individually these are minor issues, but together they create a strong negative impression. The hotel is showing its age, and it feels like management isn’t doing regular checks to maintain the expected standard. Small things matter — and unfortunately, they added up.

Instalaciones: Todas las instalaciones necesarias están disponibles, pero son relativamente antiguas. Higiene: No está mal. Asegúrate de no abrir las ventanas, de lo contrario entrarán muchos mosquitos. Medio ambiente: Es un hotel de transición rentable en Nadi. Cuesta 15 cuchillos en taxi desde el aeropuerto y llega en 10 minutos. Está a unos 20 cuchillos desde el muelle y llega en 15 minutos. Servicio: La recepción es muy buena. Cuando me registré, olvidé mi bolso en el sofá del vestíbulo. Estaba tan cansado que no me di cuenta hasta una hora después de entrar a la habitación. La señora de recepción me lo regaló🤭

Bua Bed and Breakfast exceeded my expectations in many ways. The location is absolutely ideal — just a short walk to the beach and only a few minutes’ drive to Nadi town, which has a great selection of food and beverage options. Even better, the coach pick-up point for island hopping tours is conveniently located near the hotel, making day trips effortless. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with reliable and fast Wi-Fi — something I really appreciated. Breakfast was included and provided a good start to the day. Overall, Bua B&B offers great value, especially if you're looking for convenience, comfort, and a strategic base for exploring the area.

Check in was after 3pm, check out 10:30 , and you have to get the towel from the reception. Too many rules  plastered in the room as if you are going to rob them. A deposit of FJD50 in cash is required (no drinks in the room whatsoever, just instant coffee). I asked if I can check out before 12nn but was allowed only up to 11am. When I went back to get my luggage, the lady told me that I was supposed to have checked out already, without even asking if I already did. Only the cleaning staff were helpful. Would not recommend.
