The hospitality is top notch! All staff were really welcoming and friendly. Plenty of activities to occupy yourselves and very nice property to be in - vibes and views wise. Overall a very pleasant stay and a wonderful memory

Disfruta de una estancia con personal de posición... sólo unos pocos lugares para mejorar En general, me disfruté de mi estancia en la Plaza Crowne, y el ambiente del resort fue divertido y relajado, y el equipo nos hizo sentir bienvenidos. En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de interés muy grande, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. El baño tenía pelo, y los cuernos y las cuerdas necesitaban más atención. El personal, por lo tanto, era amable, amable y responsable, y no dudaban en resolver los problemas una vez que los trajimos a su atención, que realmente aprecié. ¡Esa y Kelly, que nos hizo una explosión absoluta en el Club de la Playa de Azucar Urbana, y Esava y Jo de concierge nos aseguró que nos cuidamos bien! El resort también tenía actividades impresionantes planeadas durante las vacaciones de Navidad para todas las edades! A pesar de las pocas cuestiones, recomendaría quedarme aquí, especialmente para el gran servicio y la vibe de la viviente resort.

The staff were faultless!! However there were far too many mosquitoes to enjoy our stay- we had stayed in Nadi prior to this for the same amount of time and had 0 problems, same in one of the islands- no bites… here however we had over 20 between two of us from one night. Perhaps they could have repelling candles on the outdoor seating areas, and fly catchers elsewhere, but something needs to be done in this season! I found it overpriced for the experience, the food was average and not worth the cost, there was a cockroach and lizard in our room- I would say the roofs need looking at/ re sealing. The interconnecting rooms are NOT soundproof and you can hear everything from next door. We asked to move and were so with 0 hassle- again the staff were ALL absolutely amazing!!!

¡Última reseña! Me alojé aquí durante 6 noches en total. Me fui solo porque reservé con antelación un Airbnb cerca del aeropuerto. Ojalá me hubiera quedado más tiempo. Disfruté mucho del ambiente y del dormitorio de chicas. La única recomendación que tengo es llevar tapones para los oídos por si el dormitorio mixto se llena, ya que puede ser ruidoso. Las duchas y el aire acondicionado son una gran ventaja. Hicieron que la estadía fuera muy cómoda. La piscina es agradable, aunque la playa en sí no vale la pena nadar en ella. ¡No había chinches! Disfruta de tu estadía.

Its by the beachfront, great rooftop restaurant, spacious room. I had the suite and it had a balcony wjth a great sunset view. Housekeeping can be better, the bellboy ratu was very attentive though. All other staff okay. Slow elevator and theres only one. I would stay again for the restaurant and staff

All the staff members were absolutely amazing — their hospitality and service were top-notch! Illy's hospitality at JB’s bar and Pizza was amazing. You really don’t need to go outside the resort — everything you could want is right here! From delicious food and refreshing drinks to fun activities and a beautiful pool, it has it all. The resort has it's own Taxi which is reasonable and convenient. They provide currency exchange as well. Truly one of the best places to stay for a relaxing holiday infront of the beach. 🌴✨

Good, decent hotel close to the airport with friendly staff. Food at the restaurant was a bit stale and not to expectation, otherwise all good☺️

I had booked the family apartment few weeks ago to attend my nephew’s engagement party 5 mins away at Bates cafe. Initially I loved the set up, space and first impression until night time when we returned from the party to sleep. The room that my mum was sleeping had bed bug on the duvet and we later on we could see blood stains on the bed sheet overhang. Mum had already got bitten by the bed bug and had allergic reaction for few days. Both mum and I are allergic to bed bugs and specially me. Therefore, I couldn’t risk sleeping on the bed. I had to move into the other room with another family. I was trying to reach the room service for some more bed sheets but couldn’t at that time of the night. While checking out I had speaking raised my concern and I was told by the checkout lady that they had fumigated just last week. That’s beside the point, we shouldn’t be paying to be bitten by bed bugs.

Me dijeron que el desayuno se servía a partir de las 6:00 a. m. del día 20, así que fui a las 6:15 a. m. Cuando le pedí una tortilla a la encargada, ella acababa de servirse café y me pidió que volviera un poco más tarde. Regresé 5 minutos después, pero no había nadie. Volvió 5 minutos más tarde y le hice el pedido. Finalmente empezó a prepararla, pero su actitud era poco entusiasta y nada alegre. ¿No sería mejor decir desde el principio que el desayuno se sirve a partir de las 6:00 a. m., pero que las tortillas no se sirven hasta las 6:30 a. m.?

Helpful, happy and friendly staff who were there to greet us when we arrived on the complimentary shuttle bus that picked us up from the airport. Our room was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for the 3 of us. Very good air-conditioning. Beautiful gardens and surroundings throughout the whole place. Good breakfast provided and the dinner menu had a good selection and we enjoyed our meals. The restaurant staff were excellent. Happy, cheerful, and quick service. The pool was clean with plenty of areas to sit and relax or have a refreshing swim. The front desk were happy to call a taxi if needed.
