Stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks, got a sweet deal for early booking. Got a free upgrade for my room upon arrival (with a terrace and a bathtub inside, though the latter would actually be a downgrade in my books since it emitted sewer smell almost everyday without me using it). Overall would recommend, nice staff, close to Callela station and the beach, hotel provides free beach umbrellas to borrow but beach towels are for a fee of 5 euros. Had breakfasts and dinners which were nice, always a couple of options of fish and meat at dinners (but drinks are paid).

El hotel tiene su propio supermercado boutique que es muy conveniente para ir de compras y el estacionamiento es gratuito. El restaurante solía ser bueno, pero la última vez que fui por un cambio de chef sentí que mi nivel había bajado mucho. Las habitaciones del hotel y los productos de baño son muy buenos. Abra la puerta del balcón y salga a la piscina. La piscina no es grande pero es mejor de lo que se ve el mar.

Super mooi nieuw hotel met meerdere zwembaden. Aardig personeel en uitgebreid ontbijt buffet. Wij waren hier voor 3 dagen in oktober maar zijn zeker van plan terug te komen in de zomer!

El personal es amable y te ayuda en lo que necesitas. La habitación contaba con gran terraza con vistas al mar. La calefacción funcionaba muy bien y la ducha era un amplia y cómoda y el agua salía muy caliente y no había que esperar nada para lograr la temperatura idónea.

My pillows stank of sweat I had to use a T-shirt as a case. Couldn’t get the safe to work, couldn’t get the phone to work. The pool was very cold, could have been heated. Positives, food was great, amenities for families is good. Nice pool bar which provided drinks and food. Also nice play area near the bar. receptionists could have been a bit more friendlier

What We Liked: Family-Oriented Vibe: A fantastic atmosphere for traveling with children. Great Pools & Water Park: The nice pools and the small water park were a big hit and kept the kids entertained. Friendly Staff: The team members were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. What Needs Improvement / What We Didn’t Like: Apartment Building Quality: The apartment buildings felt isolated from the main hotel area and appeared quite outdated. The decor felt old-fashioned, making it feel more like a basic apartment rental rather than a hotel experience. Short Breakfast Window: For families who need time to wake up and get ready, the breakfast time window is simply too short. It is not long enough to comfortably catch breakfast with kids. No Housekeeping or Towel Replacements: During our 4-night stay, the rooms were never cleaned once, and towels were never replaced. Lack of Variety at Dinner: The dinner buffet lacked variety, and the dishes were frequently repeated night after night.

El apartotel es bastante antiguo, tiene un diseño sencillo e instalaciones básicas que pueden satisfacer las necesidades de una familia, tiene una pequeña cocina con nevera y ¡para! La habitación es solo una cama y un pequeño armario, no portaequipajes ni otros muebles. El baño era lo suficientemente grande y muy sencillo. Pero creo que es muy apropiado para el recepcionista que es profesional y muy educado con nosotros por ayudarnos en todo lo que pedimos, incluso pensé en revisar el horario para nosotros cuando el autobús del aeropuerto al aeropuerto de Barcelona para asegurarnos de que no perdiéramos el ¡autobús! ¡Muchas gracias Jorge! ¡Persona atenta y paciente que estará ahí para ayudar a los clientes con sus necesidades! Nuestro cuarto tiene una gran vista del mar y abre la puerta del balcón cada mañana. La estructura general del hotel realmente necesita actualizarse y mejorar. El personal de servicio es muy amable y la comida básicamente es posible. La música se eleva a cerca de 11.30 todas las noches, no es muy amable para las personas que están acostumbradas a dormir temprano. No puedo pedir demasiado para el costo de la habitación que pague. En general, está satisfecho.
