Our stay was absolutely wonderful—truly beyond expectations! Every little detail kept surprising us in the best way. The level of care and thoughtfulness throughout the hotel really stood out. The room amenities were exceptional, from the Dyson hair dryer to the luxurious L’Occitane products throughout. They even provided a cute little bag for us to take everything home, which was such a thoughtful touch! What made the experience even more special was the incredible team. Every staff member, from reception to the cleaning team and activity hosts, was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. There were also countless activities for children, which made it perfect for families, while still offering great options for parents to relax and enjoy themselves too. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return again!

We are upgraded to family room as the twin bedrooms are under renovation, but the room is facing another building. Thus, the curtains have to pull down all the time. The spread of the buffet is marvellous. The hotel has diy workshop and there's convenient shops nearby too. The only downside is that the operating hour for the open-air hot spring bath. It only opens at 8.00am, closes at 10.00pm and there's a break from 12-2pm. Other hotels' public hot spring bath have longer operating hours and there's no in-between break, which is more convenient. For example, Hotel Royal Jiaoxi public hotspring is fr 6.30-23.30. It's a plus for us to have an early bath before breakfast

En general, tuvimos una estancia fantástica y agradamos a Wunuan Homestay a cualquiera que busque una retirada pacífica en el campo mientras exploramos Jiaoxi y Yilan.

the hot spring is great (the ones for female and male separately ; the room is excellent.. however, the buffet quality is somehow disappointing. i barely found anything that i could finish or wanted 2nd round - especially the meat/seafood dish.. even the quality of fruits also deteriorated. for future, i would not stay at hotel. will just get the hot spring coupons for hot spring (onsen) only. not worthy to spend almost $400 a night with the food quality

La habitación es SUPER espaciosa y es limpia (como casi no polvo en absoluto)!! ¡Me encanta la habitación hahaha! También hay un parque de juegos en el nivel 10 para los niños que es realmente un punto más para desconectar su hahaha energía. El hotel está en el área residencial, por lo que es relativamente tranquilo en la noche que nos permite a todos tener una buena noche de descanso :) En términos de llegar a lugares, diría que está situado en el medio de la mayoría de las atracciones como la tierra Bambi, Luodong night market etc. p/s: no te importa mi foto porque lo hice cuando iba a ver hahaha Pero mira la habitación!!! Muy espacioso! Ohhh y es alto techo de modo que no te sentirás ”presurizado” con bajo techo de habitación hehe

The hotel stay (or perhaps I can describe as air BnB?) included the costume dress up (it's for all of the days you are going to stay there). It was fun though it's quite cold when we visited. There are elaborate princess dresses for all sizes of people, young and old. And their outdoors are just perfect for taking photos. One can also dress up and take photos in their rooms or even when having meals. It's just that they don't have photography services so it would depend on quality of smartphones. We have sort of a whole house by ourselves.. entering from a gate passing by a flower garden then to the main door. It's a great experience and kids would really love it. There's a princess bed in the room with slide for mine. The breakfast was interesting. We had a variety of food from soups, toast, porridge and little snacks (all handmade), milk tea and freshly squeezed orange juice. Location wise, have to get an Uber to go out to get some lunch/dinner. There are no food deliveries in the area. There is no in house dining other than breakfast (included in cost) and hi tea. Overall, this place to stay is a great experience and value for money.

Excellent hotel. Very clean. They can have more children’s activities. It’s more suitable for couples. Gym can be improved. They should have at least Yoga mats. Hotel’s hot spring is good. The breakfast is good, dinner is average. Location is average.

Spacious bedroom and shower room, good views from our balcony which we get to see sunrise. About 20mins walk to Luodong night market and 15mins to train station. Easy to just uber everywhere if too hot or lazy to walk. Local breakfast comprises of healthy porridge, home grown vegetables and small bikes. Friendly host offered to prepare fried eggs for some of us who prefer simple bread and egg breakfast 😃. Wifi is good however weak TV signals but it's ok for us. We rest early and enjoy our quiet and peaceful stay.

This hotel is outdated, you can see a thin layer of moss on the floor due to the showerhead dripping constantly, the public hot springs area has quite a few jet controllers out of order,l had to request a dehumidifier to get rid of moldy smells in the room. The breakfast was a reasonable price with an average quality, the rooftop naked spa area has beautiful night light views,also,the good thing was all the staff were super helpful for all the requests.
