我們是家庭出遊，小朋友當天是過生日，帶他去看《信仰》所以定了5公里內的宜尚酒店（蘇州灣新湖廣場店），酒店是新開的略微會有些裝修的味道，但是服務真的太好了！真是賓至如歸，前台小姐姐知道小朋友當天過生日，身體有些不舒服，待我們辦理完入住回到房間後還送來了蛋糕，驚喜且精緻，另外還給我們提供了温度計、蘭蔻體驗裝化粧水、卸粧棉、小童洗漱用品、驅蚊水等，第二天早上用早餐第一句話就是問小朋友身體好一些了嗎，我説能不能帶一點早飯送去房間給小朋友吃，前台小姐姐二話不説就去拿了打包盒和食品袋，我説我就拿盤子裝就行了，用打包盒太浪費了，她卻説衹要顧客用的上都不算是浪費，這句話聽的好感動！領走的時候還給小朋友送了小飛機伴手禮，這次蘇州之行真是滿滿的幸福感和驚喜，我不知道小姐姐姓什麼，所以悄咪咪的拍了一照片，如果可以給你們超五星好評！最後非常感謝你們貼心的服務！
