One of the best hotels I have stayed at in China. Everything was perfect.

Location is great. Concierge staff , Gavin has been very helpful in organizing a one day trip for us. His service is excellent.

Room is clean, good and comfy. The services are tip top especially the waitress at the service lobby.

Love this hotel for many reason.

The hotel is very conveniently located, very close to the Jinji lake and the shopping mall, lots of places to eat nearby. The room was spacious and bright. A nice bathtub, welcome fruits. The pool water was warm and clean, without the specific disinfectant smell. However there was no bathrobe, slippers, toothbrush etc provided for the kid, even though we stayed as a family and the receptionist clearly saw a child when we were checking in. I had to go and ask for them myself.

A beautiful hotel with super big rooms that give you the best feel out of money. Hotel is gracious enough to allow late check outs, with high quality amenities, very nice gym and swimming pool. Breakfast is more Chinese style but acceptable and delicious.

I have stayed here many times. It is an excellent hotel in every aspect.

We stayed here for only 1 night, the hotel was really nice, spacious and very comfortable room; big bed, mini fridge, bath. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, slightly limited. The hotel is also about 25 minute car journey from the centre.

The Shangri-La is an excellently located hotel in Suzhou, a close walk to the Times Square area, which is full of restaurants, sightseeing, the subway and other amenities. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, with friendly, English speaking staff. The hotel has nice views from the upper floors and overall is really good value for money. Access to the gym and swimming pool are also a solid bonus.
