the hotel is nice, good, clean, all the staff are friendly. the location is good. a lot of foods around the hotel and not too far from metro station.

They serve me well. Great place which is near to food place. Walkable distance to metro but advice bus is more convenient in Suzhou. Ventilation a-bit problem as smoker from other place fill up my room too.

Althought this location is a little loudly, but the room is good at decorated and fully equipped. Staffs are friendly and out space is clean also. The price is good for these things and it deserves to be recommend.

We booked a three bed suite for 3 people but don't recommend this as the sofa bed really uncomfortable. However other two beds were fine, standard hotel with very nice reception staff, they let us wash at no charge and received a lovely present. Thank you. The location is good with many sights nearby.

Great hotel, with a friendly staff who make himself available. We had a really clean room, with everything we needed in the bathroom (clean towels, toothbrush, comb...) ! A good price for a great room and location.

和朋友一起過來旅遊，看着離山塘街近才訂的，房間屬於麻雀雖小但五臟俱全的那種。我很喜歡他們家的房間佈置和服務，有一種回家的感覺。前台還有小零食，不過種類有點少，希望下次來的時候能多進一些其他種類的零食！. 酒店服務不錯，氛圍也很好。前台很細緻，雙手遞卡，每次見到我們都笑臉相迎。前台超級適合拍照，晚上很有氛圍感。在姑蘇這邊，這個價格還算不錯，真的很有性價比！家人們別猶豫，真的超棒。

家人們誰懂啊！這次住的酒店真的絕了！工作人員就熱情，幫忙辦入住還介紹周邊好玩的地方，一點不糊弄。房間打掃得那叫一個乾淨，東西擺放規整，床軟乎乎的，晚上直接秒睡。衞生間沒一點異味，熱水隨開隨有，位置也很優越，周邊吃飯、逛街都超方便。住在這裏，就像在家一樣自在。

優點:信價比很高畢竟才100出頭，房間也挺大；地理位置優越，觀前街2公里，山塘街2公里，吳趨坊就在邊上200米吃早飯很方便。缺點:沒有電梯，有大行李的慎重；沒有數據線，出門忘帶充電線了，問前台借，結果這家店沒有。
