Muy bueno

Every time i need to stay in Manila it always goes to Sogo Malate, you've not to worry about parking that's the most important to me.. Well I'm a frugal person😁 i just need a shut eye and a nice hot shower, nothing more. Angel's pizza,BPI & Mc Donalds are just around the corner ..

Struggled to get into the rule to a faulty key card. The hotel staff tried to pardon me off you just it was the door mechanism but it wasn’t. It was about 5 am in the morning and I was well tired. The sheet on the bedding was torn. I was a bit shocked when one of the cleaners, started spraying in the room to mask the smells the staff on the front desk were very attentive, respectful and polite

The service was excellent 👌🏻, The crews are very attentive , The location is great and it's accessible in a convenient store, McDonald's and near gasoline station. The rooms smell like roads because of cigarette smoke Btw We stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights..😅 .

Most the staff is very friendly, they accommodate us well.. The place is so clean..

I paid for 4 days and nights, from the moment I entered the room there was a sense of doom. The building is a maze of hallways about one meter wide, our room had one way in and out. It wasn't at all like the photos, it was a 8x8 fire trap. If there's a fire, forget about it, absolutely no escape. There's no TV entertainment, only 3 channels, one of them porn. Theres no air conditioning, no hot water for the shower. Like I said, I paid for 4 night, stayed one, left the next day without even asking for a refund. I felt blessed just getting out safe

They upgraded my room without any questions. Staffs are so kind. They even let us check in early without any fees kasi its raining so hard din that day. Will definitely book again sa branch na to❤️

Stayed at Hotel Sogo Malate for a short training trip. The location was convenient and easy to access, and the room was clean and comfortable for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. Overall, it was a practical and affordable choice for a brief stay in Manila.

The overall stay was just good. We really booked here for the services and the foods but this time, it's quite disappointing. I hope babawi sila next stay.

I like this hotel because its very clean, spacious, not far from my destination place and the hotel staff is very hospitable and easy to deal with..

The room smells cigarette smoke. The room is not that clean . The towel is old and looks dirty. I will not recommend this place.

We work in the hospitality industry ourselves, so we were disappointed with the level of service we received from the staff. They were neither accommodating nor helpful during our stay. Upon check-in, we requested an iron for our uniforms, but despite multiple follow-ups, we were unable to use one until checkout. Before leaving at 5 PM, we even informed the reception that we would be happy to borrow it later once we returned. However, when we came back, our request still had not been addressed, and we were told that the hotel only had two irons available. Even if there were limited irons, proper follow-up with the previous guest using it could have been done so other guests could also use it. We stayed for 22 hours and only needed the iron for about 5–10 minutes. There were also several false promises from the reception staff, and it seemed there was a lack of proper endorsement or communication between shifts.

Clean and affordable. Staffs are very welcoming and accommodating.
